^ It's great that you're trying so hard, the fact that you recognise that your condition can affect the people around you as well as yourself is very important. But if you make the odd slip... People understand, don't ever beat yourself up about it. Wanting to get better, and talking about it, is such a big thing. I know from personal experience that bottling things up inside gets you nowhere. The more you talk about things, the more people will understand and be willing to help you out. Keep fighting.

Oh, and seeing as this is already on the UK board and several other people have seen it... I may as well post it now! The only normal picture of me I have on my computer! I'm on the right wearing the cream top.

NEW England, or England?! My ex's football team used to do it on pictures on nights out, that's where we were when we were photographed. God only knows where they saw it, and I certainly never knew the meaning of it until very recently. If I'd known what it meant... :?

I'm having picture problems... (Didn't see the point in starting a new thread to ask this) I've only posted one single photo before (not quite literate in this whole thing yet) but it was ok, worked fine... Anyway, trying to post another one and it just says that the picture can't be attached and to check my FTP settings... FTP what?? What is FTP? And is this a temporary problem or just something that's happening to me...? Can somebody who actually knows something about anything reply to this?! Cheers. Lou
