Lightning Racers

I visited Kennywood on my birthday last year a day after Cedar Point on June 14, 2008. It was a fun day even though it rained but I got on everything & had a great time.

Nice TR. I went for 3 hours after work that same day & got on Kingda Ka 5x, El Toro 4x, Nitro 5x, & Skull Mountain 7x! I hope the park is dead like this next time!

Trip 3: Hershey Park April 11, 2009 With the weather supposed to be clearing up at noon, my Mom, friend Brian, & I decided to give Springtime at Hershey park a go! We entered Hershey around 12:30 & it was lightly raining outside so we decided to do Chocolate world first. After Chocolate World we headed to the park & were shocked by the crowds. I guess going to GADV yesterday paid off since I only got 8 runs & 7 coasters today. On the bright side I rode my 50th run of the year today which was on the Comet! I did make a video TR so after the pics you can enjoy that. On to the PTR: Chocolate World ROCKS! After this ride you always want some chocolate. I love chocolate I think Comet is my new favorite coaster at HP. You get so much airtime on it especially in the back It is WAY to crowded over by Great Bear so lets head over to the woodies. Fahrenheit & Storm Runner will not be operating today After 2 hours in the park we finally got on our second ride of the day. I was really impressed with this run on Wildcat. It wasn't rought at all & there were some small pops of airtime. Rode it in the front seat. Yay for Lightning Racers! Won on Lightning lost on Thunder. Wild Mouse was run number 5 of the day. Here is a look at the new wave pool for 2009. There was even a line for the Trailblazer. After a 45 minute wait for Great Bear it was time for one more ride. Our last ride of the day was on Comet & that was my 50th run of the year in only a week I'm already loving 2009! Watch the video! Trip 2: Six Flags Great Adventure April 10, 2009 So today I had work from 10 AM-3 PM. I had not planned on going anywhere today but I gave my friend Matt a call since he was at the park & asked him what was open. Given the fact that Nitro, Kingda Ka, & El Toro were open also that the park was dead, I decided to rush home from work, change, & head back to GADV. I arrived at the park around 5 PM & had 3 full hours to ride as many coasters as I can. It turned out to be a great day with only riding 4 different coasters & 21 runs On to the pics. No video today, if you still want to watch my last video it is on youtube. Almost forgot, all of the pics today were taken from my phone! As soon as I got to the park I headed right for Kingda Ka. It was a walk on so I rode it twice El Toro was next. 2x in a row without getting off Its ALIVE! Nitro rises again after it valleyed last week. 5x in a row I still don't no what it is about Skull Mountain but I rode it 7x in a row! Even the skyride was working today! After I took the skyride I rode El Toro 2 more times in a row then I concluded my day on KK 3x in a row! I checked my KK count & since 2005 I've ridden Kingda Ka 70x It was definitely worth coming here today even for a short period of time. In 3 hours I got the same amount of runs as I got last week in a full day! Day Conclusion: Kingda Ka=5x El Toro=4x Nitro=5x Skull Mountain=7x 2009 Roller Coaster Runs=42

I went yesterday & was a little surprised with how many people were there. At least they opened all of the woodies. Comet was running great

I feel bad for you since you had a 3 hour rode trip. I went after work yesterday for a quick 3 hour stay & got 21 runs. Everything but the mine train work but I only wanted to ride El Toro, Nitro, Kingda Ka, & Skull Mountain. I guess today was bad luck for you guys. Are you going to wait for Bizarro to open before you head back?

The Comet at Hershey Park was the last coaster I rode & it was my 50th coaster run in a week!

I literally just herd this waiting in line for Great Bear. GP: "Do you no that if you sit in the back seat of a roller coaster you see the train do something first then it is your turn!" That was one of the many retarded things I herd the GP say today

I did marching band for 3 years at my high school (Highland Regional High School) & was battery (drumline) captain my senior year. We won one Chapter Championship in 2006. I also did indoor drumline for 3 years & last year we were the Champions! I didn't do indoor this year because I didn't want to do it & I needed a job to pay for my car. My school is one of those schools were the band is WAY better than the football team.

Today I was working in the water park for a while & snapped a quick pic with my phone so everyone can see what the place looks like inside. If anyone is interested in coming to Sahara Sam's my advice is to wait after Spring Break because it was jam packed today! During a regular week the place is dead so that will be a good time to come.

^There is a good chance I will be there on Saturday Just were a TPR shirt & I'll keep a look out for you. According to the ride list no Lightning Racers, Wild Mouse, or Wildcat I hope Fahrenheit does open so everyone won't be hanging around Comet.

This name is horrible! I hope they get rid of the pre show at Led Zeppelin if they have to change the names of the coasters.
