I'm for it, I'm not a huge Harry Potter fan but it's to see the park get cool new attractions. Besides the more they faze out stuff based on movies that are old and no one cares about anymore the better.

Sounds great for Universal! I'm thinking maybe they could take out T2 and the French and London streets but I still don't know if that will be enough room for what they're describing.

^^ Exactly, with Universal getting more and more popular every year the main thing Knotts had going for them was a huge amount of mazes that Universal could never get to. If they cut say 5 mazes I think it will be a lot harder for them to compete with HHN in the future. The loss of the log ride and the mine ride is kinda disappointing I've always enjoyed them during Haunt but I heard they were having problems with OSHA involving the mine ride this year so I guess it's understandable.

I agree, HHN really wasn't as exciting as it has been. They still put on an amazing event as usual but to me it just felt ok compared to past years. One thing that kind've bothered me was the increase of shaker cans. They're not scary, they work here and there but when you give one to pretty much every actor like they did on the Terror Tram and House of Horrors that gets boring and repetitive real fast.

I was at HHN Hollywood last night, in line for House of 1,000 Corpses and the person in front of me asks her friend how the maze is in 3D. Her friend, who was completely serious, says there's a whole bunch of tv screens that the monsters pop out of.

I was there tonight it actually wasn't bad at all. Terror Tram had a big line early because once everyone heard it was closing at nine they ran over there first. Even then it was only 30 mins, the longest wait I was in all night was about 45 mins for La Llorona.

Ya it seems like like the wait times for mazes peak at about 75 mins... which is still pretty long but that's a huge improvement over the 135 min waits they had a year or two ago.

^ It probably won't be to bad, I know this Sunday is one of the nights Universal gives the biggest discounts for AP holders and such. Which usually means they're not expecting huge crowds either but you never know.
