  2. Wow, I always thought she went down with the Love Boat!
  3. What is the park like during Spring Break on a Saturday night, was thinking of going this weekend? Have an over night in LA arrive 6.00am Saturday morning leave Sunday at 10.00pm, Was thinking hitting the mountain from say 5.00pm till close on Saturday and back again Sunday morning. Will the crowds be insane?
  4. That news report was awesome, so glad to see you guys had a great time in my home country. And even more so glad to see the parks giving you ERT and extra perks. I must admit I was in the group of been there done that, half day parks at the best. I really should have know that Robb and Elissa would have pulled out all the stops. Makes me extra sad that I had to pull out of the North East trip, well four bashes left for the year ( so far that I can make it too )
  5. I was hoping for the long promised Addams Family coaster, the art work that was around six years or so ago was outstanding!
  6. Hotel booked, standby flights booked. Now my questions begin, how far is Six Flags Fiesta Schlitterbahn From this six flags park, can I make it with a day trip to either or both of those parks?
  7. Count me in, alreadly looking at hotels and return flight. can standby on the way over. Shawn you need to take the weekend off work!
  8. Mermaid should be going into soft opening soon, yes?
  9. With this new bidding system coming into play at work, I can make this as well.
  10. Robb, Count me in for this one Ross "someone should tell me where this park is" Lucas
  11. I think Spiderman, that was such an awesome ride, Potter was great however I was left wanting more.
  12. I was really surprised with the way the coaster ran, I had heard horror stories on here about it. But the rides I got where fun, with spots of airtime and overall a great ride. I am not sure if sometimes people just jump on the band wagon when they here such and such was awful!
  13. Downunder, I rode Ghostrider for the first time on Wednesday and had six great rides on it. I never found it rough, my first seat ride was fast, smooth and really enjoyable. I ended up riding it six times and was my overall favorite coaster at Knotts
  14. Great photo's as always, damn crewing. I should have been there. I would have killed to do the log flume backstage tour, IMO that log flume is one of the ten best, superfast, the drop in the dark is wicked, the whole ride lick ass.
  15. The tunnels on the scenic railway at Melbourne's Luna Park are fun.
  16. Spent last Wednesday at Knotts ( damn airline crewing, if they sent me out a few days later, I would have been at West Coast Bash! ) Arrived at the park ten minutes before opening, maybe a couple of hundred people waiting to get into the park, the day started with the American nation anthem ( and to the woman who made comment that I never looked at the flag, nor placed my hand on my heart. Um sweetheart I am not American and it's not my flag! ) I think apart from Ghostrider, all the parks other coasters where closed at opening. Some not coming online till after 11.00am. The first ride of the day was Calico Mine Ride, was rather disapointed when the Calico Glory Hole was not what I was hoping. Hit Silver bullet next, walk on for the first four rides and than hit over 90 minutes waiting as the day went on. The highlight and the major surpise was Ghostrider, had heard awful things about this coaster, but after waiting over 90 minutes to ride and Knotts finally working out that adding a second train would help things along ( something that was sadly lacking at Silver Bullet for the rest of the day ) I ended up in the front row and had smooth, fast, hell of a ride, the other six rides back seat, front and everywhere in between where just as good ( the airtime in the back was a nice surpise ) and this was my favorite coaster of the day. Hit all the other coasters in the park during the rest of the day, most lines under 30 minutes ( bar Silver Bullet ). Knotts was filming there new TV spot during the course of the day, this had been my first visit to the park since 1988. Overall a fun day. Ten minutes before opening I love me some pretzel One of the top ten log flumes Scary chikdren singing aka the new Knotts ad They just wouldn't stop, please someone make them go away!
  17. Great photos Erik, love the goat!
  18. I was thinking who in the name of Jebus, puts lettuce and tomato on a Cheesecake
  19. That's better than the answer I got when I emailed him. I believe his response was "I hope you die in a firey bus crash." I'm not sure if "firey" is even a word. I'm going to email him anyway. Of course on our way to Dollywood last year in the bus, I had forgotten about that.
  20. Great photos, A well themed looking park.
  21. Last time we had to email Dan, I asked him out for dinner. Did I get a reply, um not! But any way, dan emailed.
