  1. JoJo, you wanna go to China.
  2. Sorry to ask a question that has most likely already been answered. When does Deja vu ( sp ) close?
  3. Robb, great update as always. Looking forward to getting a ride in the near future, one question. Does it go faster than it looks in the video?
  4. Speaking of a DVD check you tube, the whole show nis posted in bits and pieces there
  5. Hairspray at the Hollywood Bowl was outstanding, had waited nearly ten years to see the show. Loved it
  6. That curving first drop looks awesome, might have to do both China and Europe next year!
  7. Looks brilliant, I think a trip to visit Nic and Jeff might be in order for next year. Love the layout.
  8. Nothing like a drive in the Italian country side. Now if I knew anything about Italy, I could tell you what this is... So I am going to say it's a scale model building! A scale model of the hotel at Universal Orlando! Yay...river rapids A lake in Italy, I think it's called Rigoletto or is that an opera or a pasta dish? The staff out numbered the paying guest The home of the Von Trapp family Italys famous mount boob Saw the real one of this in Vegas last week Taking the tunnel Screw you Six Flags, this tunnel is blue A part of blue man group! I can see the light Ferrari's new boxes of light
  9. This is rather photo heavy. Still closed, I think this is month number three Closed as well For an extra 75 AED you can Experience the ultimate state-of-the-art racing simulations or if you are cheap, go with the ones that don't cost extra....somewhat smaller ( where have I heard that before! ) Oh my Is that I a line I see Nerd shot one Somehow I managed to win my race, now for those who don't know me, this is an outstanding result. Cause most of the time I am an idiot when it comes to driving games. I spent most of the time stuck against the wall.
  10. The following photos are all on ride from the Racing Legends.
  11. Spent Sunday afternoon at Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi. Insanely hot and the park was basically empty. Overall it was a fun five hours, V12 and GFORCE where both down for the day! V12 has been down for the last month or more. Formula Rossa was a fun ride and seemed to get faster as the day went into night, the launch was great, sadly I think it hit a set of trims at the top of the hill that slowed it down. I think if they killed the hill and left it fast and as close to the ground as possible it would have been a top ten coaster, but having rode I305 last year that was a way better coaster IMO and riding I305 in a rain storm was kick ass. Fiorano GT Challenge was a lot of fun as well, nothing earth shattering. Overall I am glad i went, would I rush back, not really! The biggest problem I had with the park was, with the amount of money spent. Nothing really pushed the boundaries of ride technology. View from the hotel Packed Have ticket, park map, ready to tackle the crowds! This was busier than I thought it would be! If I cared about cars, this would be something special The main reason for being here Test seat Busy Over the top
  12. Does anyone have an opening date for the new ride, I know it's due sometime this year.
  13. Wow, Coney Isalnd has come a long way in the last 12 months. Great updates as always Robb and Elissa.
  14. Me so sad I missed out on a Pizza tour and the chance to make my own muppet! Nothing better than sliding your hand into felt!!!
  15. The thing I found was the show was playing at wierd times when I was there in 2009, would have loved to have seen it. The prices where over the top for the show so Disney won out!
  16. Off Topic, I wish that they made RCT3 more like one and two, I loved playing that game. Lets hope the new RCT4 brings back the game play of one.
  17. ANAHEIM firefighters rescued 23 stranded riders from a rollercoaster in the Disneyland Resort overnight after a backpack fell from one of the cars, leading to the ride being shut down. Nobody was injured in the incident, which occurred on the California Screamin' ride at about 6.30pm local time, the Los Angeles Times reported, citing a statement from resort spokeswoman Suzi Brown. Ms Brown told the Orange County Register the backpack fell out of a ride vehicle and landed on the track, which caused the other cars to automatically stop. It took firefighters about an hour to remove the people from one of the vehicles stuck on the track, she said. The ride, which stretches over more than 1.6km, was expected to re-open today
  18. I really would love to do this, but my problem is I am such a wuss when it comes to really scary things. I would never go to the Universal event cause that would scare the crap out of me. How scary is Knotts event or should I just stick with Disney? Ross very scared Lucas
  19. Robb, I should google search this myself. Where would I find the Kevin Yee books?
  20. Robb, just caught up on the Poohs Hunny Video. I just went moist! Thank you
  21. That Shiriki effect in the pre loading room is still one of the best effects I have ever seen at a themepark. Great updates and photos as always Robb and Elissa.
  22. I think you need to add in the Sydney Luna Park Ghost Train fire back in the late 70's or early 80's.
  23. Not following any of the Australian sites, do we have a layout for this ride yet?
  24. Robb the video for Kawasemi is a classic.
