flyby208 Posted May 26, 2006 Posted May 26, 2006 I know that the train from this ride still exsists but is there much left of the ride what happend to all the caverns and the rest of the track? Does anyone know
cfc Posted May 26, 2006 Posted May 26, 2006 The town of Rainbow Ridge is still there--it was just pushed off to the side and given a new name. I think some of the old animal AAs ended up on Thunder Mountain, too.
disneyfan1313 Posted May 27, 2006 Posted May 27, 2006 You can see a photo of the train from Mine Train through Natures Wonderland in my latest trip report. When you are walking past the side of big thunder you can see an arch from it across the water as well. The cactus in the middle of Big Thunder Mountain in FL are the original ones from Mine Train through Natures Wonderland as well.
socalMAN123 Posted May 27, 2006 Posted May 27, 2006 IMO Nature's Wonderland seemed pretty interesting. Long, but interesting. The covered tunnel used to be part of the ride and so did the old town of Ranibow Ridge. The train is on the River's of America all bunched up with a bunch of gophers popping out of it. ---Brent
America Sings Freak Posted May 27, 2006 Posted May 27, 2006 If you look close enough in the river on the side of Big Thunder you will see some fish popping up, because they forgot to take them out!
arrowfanman Posted May 27, 2006 Posted May 27, 2006 As said, Rainbow Ridge is still alive, as well as a few tunnels to the right of BTM. Also, I thought I heard something about the cavern in the first lift either being from ATNW or resembling them. Anybody know? -Jahan
