Hey I just wanted to start off by saying I love your site and your videos there all great!!!

I have looked around your site and as far as I can see you haven’t been to Universal Port Aventura (in Spain). I went there last year and its great it has some kool wooden coasters and the super kool dragon khan with 8 Inversions.

Ok by your standards this parks probably a little wimpy but I fell in love with it and am going again this year, not that I want to steal your job but I would really like to make a funky video of the park and maybe even enter it in a future competition.

You sell your DVDs so I guess u have permission from the parks you go too to film in them, but how do they feel about there riders going on with video Cameras I mean it could be dangerous if you dropped it on someone’s head or something? I would think you do a good job of tying it to your hand on some of the more vicious coasters but do you let them see your going 2 film the ride or do you pull it out of your pocket at the last second when its to late to stop the ride? Also will any 1/2 decent camera do of do you need anything special? Also have you any other tips on keeping the camera steady or anything that you have learnt from doing this yourself?

By the way I hope you don’t feel I'm trying to copy you I just share the love of roller coasters you have but if you want to offer me a job going around riding coasters I'm all ears thanx allot for any help and your great site THANX!!!

We'd actually *love* to visit Port Aventura! It's looking like it will happen in a few more years, when we do one of those Mediterranean Cruises that goes in and out of Barcelona!

I think that Robb has answered all of the camera and park questions in other threads on this board so maybe just look around a bit and you'll find your answers!

Port Aventura is a very nice park. I don't think that the new drop ride is taller than Blue Fall.

well i would say its well off but i live in england and our theme parks suc compared to all these american parks I've heard about now, I dont know if your used to big super theme parks but i would say its a great day out, apart from the Dragon khan and the Stampida(Duel) the roller coasters are alittle limited.

However the Dragon Khan is the nuts and I love it! also i have no idea why that was made in 1995 and they havent beaten it in 10 years, ok so theres the Colossus here in England with 10 Inversions but ts sux! it has like 5 slloooowwww borringg barrel rolls (or Zero−G−Heart Rolls if thats the proper team), theres also the Avalancha with 8 but thats slow and has rolls and its not red!!! its all about it being red red looks kool!!! ok so its only 65mph but its the best loopy thing I've seen (incredible hunk looks good mind). theres some great new B&M coasters out there but i want 20 Inversions, i know thats sounds crasy but once apon a time 1 sounded crasy, its about time some one got off there bum and desinged some new stuff. aww screw this I'm off to play roller coaster tycoon,

by the way if u wana go there its in spain so u might as well go to cedar point or somthing, if u wana leave your island i would say thats a kool place 2 go! dont go 2 disney land paris+studios it sucks big time!

when i was 8, i went to Portaventura. I rode dragon Khan as my very first coaster. I loved it, my dad went on as well. When we got of, he was as white as a ghost! but the thing is, i wasnt tall enough by like 2 cm. So i tried to go on it by myself. But the lady measured me and i wasnt allowed on it. But the coaster is amazing.

Also there new drop ride looks brilliant to.

I've never been on a free fall tower (ok i know my names Freefall but i ment the freefall of a roller coaster). The very idea of a free fall tower scares the poop out of me! I intend to go on the tower at my next visit to the park but can someone tell me what there like to ride, also if you know of any on ride videos that would be great, thanx
