colossus Posted February 2, 2006 Posted February 2, 2006 Hey guys have any of you worked at an amusment park? and if yes what rides have you worked at? if not what park would you like to work at and which ride? i currently work at sfmm as a lead at TIDAL WAVE.

niiicolaaah Posted February 2, 2006 Posted February 2, 2006 I was a ride op at Martin's Fantasy Island from 1999-2001. I did many many Zamperla rides in the kiddie park, as well as the ghetto airplane ride and the ghetto boat ride. Outside of the kiddy park, I did the carousel, flying bobs (SCARY with those things flying right at your face, let me tell you), carpet slide (how the heck do you op a carpet slide??), and the unload platform of the log flume. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to op the Silver Comet.
Erik Johnson Posted February 2, 2006 Posted February 2, 2006 I have not worked at a park, though Leanne has worked at several. She was a life guard for both Walt Disney World as well as Wet n Wild Orlando. One summer she also worked on the Dueling Dragons crew at IOA.
