Giant Wheel at Palette Town is bigger, something like 390ft - it tells you on the ride and that it was the largest until 99 when the London Eye opened.

 

but how big were the wheels at Yomiuriland and FujiQ(now that was a nice one)

 

They look big, Yomiuriland's because it's at the highest point in the park. I believe, and I could definitely be wrong, Yomiuri's is 50 meters, and Fuji's is 60. I've been on both, the Cosmoclock, Palette Town's, and the one near TDL. (They are great for photography, park overall shots, and coaster layout shots) Palette Town's is the biggest. Like, scary big.
