coasters 4 me Posted November 8, 2005 Posted November 8, 2005 I am wondering does anyone know if Robb & Elissa's Coaster DVD's work on UK PS2? I PM Robb, he says that they work on US PS2 but wasnt sure about UK ones. I am asking this because I would be watching the DVD's in my PS2, not on the DVD player down in the laving room. Thanks --Ryan Berry
Wes Posted November 8, 2005 Posted November 8, 2005 If Robb didn't suddenly put region coding on them, it should work fine.

Twister II Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 Well the TPR DVD will barly play in my PS2! It will play for about 5 minutes, then it will start skipping, and say the disk is unreadable
CoasterCrazy Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 The European Extravaganza DVD freezes in my Ps2 after 10-15 minutes of playing it. The DVD works great in my regular DVD player.
Meteornotes Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 It's been my experience that the PS2 DVD player is very twitchy and unpredictable. I'd really recommend getting one of those cheap Cyberhome DVD players and using that to watch DVDs if you consistantly have trouble watching stuff on the PS2. dt
CoasterFanatic Posted November 9, 2005 Posted November 9, 2005 As the owner of one of the "pickiest" DVD players (Sony Dream System), I have found that a lot of the problem usually has to do with the labels. If they aren't balanced perfectly, my player throws a s**t fit. The worst part is that I will then break out the cheap ass player and they play flawlessly.
coasters 4 me Posted November 9, 2005 Author Posted November 9, 2005 Thanks for the advice. I will just by one, play it and see what happens, and if it messes up, just use the one in the living room. Thanks. --Ryan Berry
