Hattuchili Posted October 16, 2005 Posted October 16, 2005 Ever heard something about a "Virtual Reality Coaster"? There was one, called "Galaxie Express"! Hey everyone, is there someone, who has ever heard something about a "virtual reality coaster"? We had one, called "Galaxie Express" in Bremen/Germany! I think it was the first one world wide!? Each passenger had his own onboard screen. There you saw a cool animated movie and rode the track! It was a Mack Powered Coaster. Okay, for the most of you no credit, but I liked it! In december 2004 closed the park (Space Center), because they had some financial problems with the whole complex, called "Space Park Bremen". However, there is a good chance, that they will reopen the park with more and new attractions. There is someone, who want to buy the whole area! I hope so! DATman Posted October 16, 2005 Posted October 16, 2005 I really hope that the park is reopened, because there is a lot of detail there, and it looked like fun!

Hattuchili Posted October 17, 2005 Author Posted October 17, 2005 Yes, the park was really cool. It was all about Space and science fiction. They had a big Imax cinema and a cool Star Trek attraction! --Sören
ZipityDoDog Posted October 17, 2005 Posted October 17, 2005 Looked like it would have been a very cool, one of a kind ride.
