New Coaster for Camden Park

Well, the park announced it was taking out their Super Round-Up for a new ride from SBF Visa on Facebook a month ago or so, and they have finally shared it: It's called "SLINGSHOT" and it's one of those smaller figure-8 spinning coasters.

 

They hope to have it up and running around Memorial Day weekend. So call the park before you make the trip.

While not an earth shattering new ride, it's nice to see this little heard of park keeps chugging along with something new. I am sure it will be a hit with the locals. They look like cute and fun 'lil rides.

I'm planning on finally getting to Camden Park in a few weeks hopefully and this is just the best out of no where news!

^Yeah! Not only is it an awesome addition for kids and families, it's a halfway decent (as much as a kiddie coaster can be) bonus credit for enthusiasts. Now I don't feel quite so bad for always putting off going there (I've been within a few hours of it at least a couple times); just hope its other selling points stay the same!
