SFMM rocks my socks Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 My family and I are going to Disneyland for Christmas. We are going on a tuesday (27) after Christmas. Is this a bad time to go because it mit be crowded or backed. So does any one have any suggetions
Wes Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 It'll be very crowded. God have mercy on your soul.
CoasterFanatic Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 Horrible time but what can you do. Expect big crowds.
Sir Clinksalot Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 Have fun ... with all of the other people. Remember, Disneyland regularly closes it's gates due to "Selling Out" the week between X-mas and New Years.
tinkerbell Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 Ugh...expect big crowds. I was there from Dec. 27-30 about 2 years ago, and they closed Disneyland's gates around mid afternoon almost every day we were there. The whole area between Adventureland and Critter Country gets really crowded, because the lines for Indy, POTC, HMH, and SM all merged together. All I can say is use fastpasses. I don't remember DCA having big crowds though, except for Soarin.
arrowfanman Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 Or you can go, say, December 3rd, and get the benifits of Chrismastime, without the Christmas crowds.
phazan Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 i just got back from disneyland and it was REALLY crowded. all i can say is try not to get trampled!
SFMM rocks my socks Posted October 7, 2005 Author Posted October 7, 2005 Good thing im not short or I guess I would look like a pancake after I got back
maliboomer Posted October 21, 2005 Posted October 21, 2005 ^ You honestly can't move. It took half an hour to walk from Main Street to Tommorowland monorail station, and that is the only mean of escape, because walking back to the entrance is like swiimming upstream.
saturday97 Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 Really? On Christmas Day? I went in the early 90's on New Year's Day and it was dead. The last 10 years or so I've gone in either April or November on a weekday and practically have the place to myself, especially if it looks like it might rain.
