My A's folded in September, and let the Angels take the division. If they played in September like they in June, July and August, I'd be rooting for them to win it all! Alas, that wasn't to be, so no use crying about it now. Since I worked for Disney in 2002 when the Angels won the series, I'll go for the Angels. ParkTrips Posted October 4, 2005 Posted October 4, 2005 I'm guessing he's talking about his hometown area since he refered to being between Washington and Atlanta. I can second that, 97% of braves fans probably couldn't tell you who Dave Murphy is. It's purely a social trend to be a Braves fan down here that has developed in the past 15 years. They can't even sell out home playoff games (which is a large part of why I'm a Marlins fan)
