prettygrl22306
This is my first post so hopefully I won't flub it too badly. After looking over some of the theme park pics, and really enjoying doing that I am wondering what happened to the Sally dark ride at Castle Park, in Riverside, CA. I love Castle Park and love dark rides even more. I think it was called Ghost Hunter, or something like that. Just wondering if anyone knows; I'm almost positive it still isn't there. By the way, I really liked Merlin's Revenge, what can I say I'm easy to please, and had my first ride on an S & S Tower! Wowwweeeee Thanks! robbalvey
^ Wow! It wasn't there? It's inside the Castle Arcade. I can't believe they would have removed it since it cost so much to put in just a few years ago. --Robb
robbalvey
It's still listed on their website when you mouse over the castle: http://www.castlepark.com/explore.html#end Ghost Blasters - A fully interactive laser ride with two levels of spooky spirits and quick-fire ‘Boo Blasters’. It's too bad you missed it, as it's a really fun ride! --Robb "Please let us know next time when you go if it has been removed!" Alvey
prettygrl22306
Thanks so much for the response. The last time I was there I didn't even go into the arcade area; I will definitely check on it the next time I go, which shouldn't be too far off! Thanks again, I can't wait to ride it! USCoaster
The only problem with the Ghost Blasters is its $4 per ride and the POP doesn't work on it. Thats why I didn't ride it when I was there. I had spent all my money on the POP wristband assuming I could ride it only to find out I had to fork over more money. prettygrl22306
I see about Ghost Blasters. Yes, I know when I bought my ride ticket for the day at an outside window, I didn't even see any signs about Ghost Blasters. That is pretty cheasy of them to charge an additional $4, but I am curious about the ride, so I will shell out the money the next time I go. By the way, does anyone know what company makes Supreme Scream at Knotts? Thanks!
SonOfBeastSucks
^ S & S of Utah made Supreme Scream.
prettygrl22306
Thanks Son of Beast Sucks, too funny, about S & S making Supreme Scream. I've heard that about Son of Beast, that it sucks; that's too bad. I've never been on it, but I think a wooden coaster with a loop looks pretty neat, however maybe the ride isn't so great. Jeezus Juice
I was at the park last month, the Sally shooter is still there. Does anyone know when they removed the "Haunted Mansion" darkride from the ride park? I know it was there prior to Merlins Revenge. Was it sold to another park?
