Hello fellow TPR'ers! AJClarke0912 here. I decided that I'm going to carry out the Gerstlauer Euro-Fighter in the Preview thread. It's name: Fighter-Blitz, a generic themed ride. Now, as of now you're probably saying "yeah yeah, another standard Euro-Fighter with a generic theme". But this one will stand-out, not in the simulator as much, but upon hitting YouTube.

I plan on some serious camera-work for this ride, something secret and never done before (that's all I'm saying until release for originality concerns...unless you break my shell in TPR Chat) . The ravetastic music that I will bring in the video will sync to the video in drastic ways, becoming a key role of the video. The audio should NOT be missed for the video.

Now, back to present times, I present you the ongoing progress of Fighter-Blitz, or Project Euro-Fighter V.

*NOTE* - some pictures depict lack of color and terraforming. The last picture shows that this has happened. Yeah.

The colors for this coaster are navy track with maroon supports. The top of the lift, as you may have noticed, is inverted. The supports will be as well, gradient style. I'm also debating TTD-style, LSD-inducing split color track throughout the entire ride, but I'm afraid that the supports and track won't match as double maroons, unless I take the painful step in coloring each support under a maroon track navy and visa versa. A cool effect that may be considered or added to specific elements Dominator style mixed with TTD.

The double color gradient, while quite tough, can actually happen. I'm quite proud of it as it took lots of work. I had no idea how to tackle the problem without going too purply but it's all good now.

3D station and such are probably going to be necessary to complete the experience. It's going to modern and funky, but generic. That's all I have to say about that now.

Anyway, this coaster may look generic but I ensure you that this is a ride you'll want to keep your eyes on. Slow updates? Probably. Just don't lose this topic.

Big progress on the supports. I've been moving slowly but surely. I also have an interesting color scheme set up where TTD-esque stripes of color occur on major features of the ride. Below are some support pictures as well as some graphics.

I am planning on cleaning up some supports that have wonky joints and thickening some of them as well. These will be minor changes and probably won't be posted. After that, theming will then be planned, which I'm still unsure of how to tackle.

Thanks for those watching this!

^^It sure does...I'm really glad I did the supports myself. I feel like I accomplished something.

^Yes, the parts that aren't gradated (the small TTD-esque bits) are supposed to be striped. That gives a neat flicker effect. I could have made them half the size, but that looked silly despite the awesome experience the small segments gave.

So, here's the progress:

Track: 85% (if you catch my drift)

Supports: 90% (clean up on joints)

Theming: 10% (now I need 3D's and such)

Video: 0% (erm...this is a no-brainer)

^Nah, I thought about that but then I thought that'd be too copy-cat like.

Yes, the 3Ds will be basic like stations and a few tunnels and cool buildings. All generic and airy themed, lots of glass panels. Of course, this is all what I HOPE to do, lol. Won't be easy.

I use GIMP. It's almost identical to Photoshop, but it's completely free.

And yes, I kind of forgot to put text in them...the "posters" were going to have a little something said to create more anticipation but I'll find that out later I suppose.

Thanks for all the comments guys!
