themeparkman25 Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 Here is my verdict on the coasters, starting with the floorless. Splash Snout What I liked: -It was overall pretty smooth. A few pumps like after the mcbr. -Pretty characteristic of a real B&M floorless. -The layout. It had fun elements and a nice flow. What I didnt like: -The trim on top of the lift. I am pretty sure its supposed to be on flat track. -The three corkscrews. Throw something new in there! -The zero g roll. Seemed a little small to me, probably cause it was inserted instead of hand built. -There were a couple supports on the ride that you just looked at and went wtf? Overall this was a really nice ride, I loved the loop and dive loop. Woody What I liked: -The airtime hills. Who doesn't like them? -The overall smoothness of the ride. Still some pumping in places though. What I didn't like: -THe airtime hills. Got to watch those forces. I am only giving you this review after I woke up. You had way too high forces at the bottom and way to high low forces at the top. -The final section heading back to the station. I don't know if it was the though of being thrown from my seat or the pounding headache it gave me, but the back and forth section didn't do it for me. Overall I think this ride has potential and has a lot of fun to ride, but the section going back to the station completely ruined it for me. Yeah it is original, but is it realistic? and safe? Tremors What I liked: -It felt heartlined to me.T he drop didn't have lats go through the roof! -The realism of the supports. Looked really good. -The colors. What I didn't like: -The launch and run out were too short. The acceleration had pretty strong g's from the pull and the train looked like it wasn't going to stop for the turn. -The deceleration. I am no expert, but why use transport track when you have brake track? The ride was still slowing when it did finally hit the braking section, that is no good. Coasters usually stop completely before moving out of the block. Overall I really enjoyed this ride. I thought the execution of the tower was pro, the rest of the ride, not so much. Keep in mind that the launch section usually gains a few feet of elevation while the brakes typically lose a few. Great job with these coasters, they all were very fun to ride. Keep up the good work, will wait for the next download.
