kumba830
This Saturday (SFGAm's second day of operation for the season) was AWESOME I was suppose to go on opening day but there were a few problems so we delayed the trip to be the next day. I was nervous that there would be a big crowd since it was a weekend but to my surprise it was almost as deserted as opening day! Little Sum-Up of the day... When we got there I noticed that they didn't let us into the park part way like they usually do. First my palls and I ran off to the Whizzer figuring that since pretty much all the people there looked like teens that we would have the ride to ourselves for a while. I noticed that the Whizzer while still great fun isn't as good if its foliage is not fully grown in and it's just all these naked ugly trees, as well as it seemed to be running a bit sluggish. To our surprise when we got back into the station there was actually people in line and we figured we would just head to some other ride. Next we stopped by the ever loved Viper. Rode it twice with out getting off and gosh was it running well! It was running a bit faster than I remember last year and I soaked up every minute of yummy air time I could. Rode Bull twice (had to go trough line again even though there were open rows and it had one train running) [3 min wait] then [walk on] Then we decided to marathon Viper... We rode it 12 times in a row without leaving the station (if there were people waiting to ride for our row we would run to another seat.) But sadly we had to leave because we couldn't find any seats that time around. Hit up American Eagle: Red once and it was running a bit slow but much smoother than last year. [walk on] Then demon [waited one cycle] ... Got owned on Iron Wolf [walk on] Rode batty [walk on] Against my will my friends dragged me onto TDK. (Because the line is heated...wimps) [15 min] We also had a strange obsession with King Chaos that day... I don't know why. Rode it allot! We rode a few flats and re-visited some of the coasters.... Didn't have to wait for anything unless there was the rare wait of like 4min. [i also got mad at my GP friends that wanted to go inside all the time because they though it was cold... so that wasted about 1hr 30min wich made me mad It was the Best SFGAm trip ever! Ride Total's American Eagle: Blue: 1 American Eagle: Red: 1 Batman: The Ride: 2 Demon: 1 Iron Wolf: 1 Ragin Cajun: 1 Raging Bull: 5 Superman Ultimate Flight: 1 The Dark Knight Coaster: 2 Viper: 14 Whizzer: 1 Giant Drop: 3 Triple Play: 1 King Chaos: 15 Acer: 1 Total coasters: 30 Total flat's: 19 Total: 49 ___________________________ Now onto the photos! (Remember if you want them. I have higher resolution versions of the photos) "EAT IT YOU STUPID VEGETARIAN!" Whats this?!!?? Good bye Whizzer see you next time! An hour to closing... Geese it's so crowded! Naked trees= EXTREME trough the trees.... Na-Na-Na-Na-Na-Na-Na-Na-Na-Na-Na BATMAN! I waited 30 minutes for you....UGH Quite I love you Viper! Some where a brake enthusiast is crying... wheeee LOVE I hate you...But you were a walk on... So I forgive you W-a-l-k_o-n Put it all together what dose it spell? wa wa wa wa WALK ON! wheeee almost as comfy as RB! So we helped her!! We were doing this ....But one of my friends was to short... Attack her!!! That is defiantly a first for me when going to ride TDK! This photo taken while walking and not meant to turn out nice was.... nice Best part...YES Batty! Also no line... I took this photo on accident... I like it... My friend had never ridden this ride before...We did not tell her of the pain that awaited her! American eagles lines... Failed attempt to get a sassy shot "Are you ready to drop giantly?" I'm not here for bull... It's all about the supporting beams! Oh dang that's allot of people! I wonder how long bulls lines will be .... You see all those hills.... More rides need them ! Viper's station was like this the rest of the day B&M .... So curveeeey Snaped a few shots of bull when I headed over to Viper Yeah the park just opened but we walked over by king chaos first... Whizzer in (winter) seems a bit...naked Hey whizzer! Jojo19799
I was there yesterday as well. My friend and I were on the first dispatch for S:UF and after that we walked onto TDK. Yesterday was a great day to go since the crowds were so light. We walked onto pretty much everything. We also saw the bloopers show in the pictorium. If you missed it, don't worry about it. You didn't miss much. The bloopers were funny, but there was random banter that wasn't needed.
cycamps
I was also there yesterday. It was my first time going on opening weekend, and I loved it. I filmed a little bit, and I'll do a 2-3 minute Video trip report soon. I probably ran into you guys at some point, as I ran into several people throughout the day that I had seen before. If I had a TPR hoodie, I would have worn that!

noyzz
So I have to ask? Was Viper smooth? Out of all the woodies I've ever been on, Viper was the smoothest yet by far!!!!! I love this SF Park! They have every area themed, that was a plus. It has a really good flow to the park, plus lots of flats. I wish my home park would step it up or do something really nice! I know SFOG is a nice park but SFGAM I think kills ours in scenery, rides and theming!
kumba830
^ Viper was very smooth and was running faster than I remeber from last year! Because it was a bit faster feeling I also though the air time was a bit stronger than previous years as well... I just hope it keeps running like it was for the rest of the season. Primogen18
I can't wait to get there this year for the first time. I just moved out to Indiana this year, so there will be alot of new parks and coasters this year!
