CreditCrazy Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Here's a semi-old PTR from SFMM in November. Just thought I'd post it since it's kind of interesting to see how Terminator was back then (in all two photo's I took of it). Oh hey X2 Un-Superman: The Slow Escape. Here's a very Tatsu-ish picture. Scream (!) Not-so Colossus. Another picture of Tatsu Tatsu-ing. Valencia Falls! First ride of the day since someone coughrevolutioncough was closed. Wow, a picture of The Sky Tower without Tatsu in it. Viper's loud Arrow Lift hill (okay, we hear you!). I was going to try to get a picture of each rides name...but I forgot on most of them. Scream: Barf out loud! Scream: Invert till you vomit! Non-Arrow Corkscrews. A semi-corkscrew, but still not an arrow Yeah, I got the whole name to fit. Goliath feet. Brakes. A weird-ish angle of Superman. Goliath...something. Another Goliath Thing. And another. And one more.
CreditCrazy Posted March 30, 2009 Author Posted March 30, 2009 Another picture of Viper's lift hill, since it just won't shut up. Tatsu time! Flip. Front flip. Lift. Kind of a corkscrew...thing. Turn. Coming up... Coming up... Why did Tatsu remove all but one of the cars to one of the trains? Fun fun fun. Happy happy happy (HEY, WHERE'D MY CAR KEYS GO!?!?). You know, you could have told me the ride did this, before I went on! This is when everyone finally feels safe enough to put their arms out. Drop (I think...). Arrow time! Okay that's enough of Arrow time, here's Terminator. Yep, that's all it was. B&M Land. Intamin. Party of 1. Whoa. Cool. Awesome. Sweet. Yuck. Another shot of Goliath. The corner of everything. Eggs in the morning. Eggs at sunset. Theeeend.
Thelegendarymatthew Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Wow, this is just cool. I like seeing the base of Termantor, kinda neat. Thanks for bringing the pics over to TPR
AllenA07 Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 It is interesting to see just how fast Terminator has come together! Nice trip report for the most part, though just a piece of advice, stay away from the on ride shots. All it really does is show a blurry piece of track and not much else. Otherwise nice work!
ebl Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 "...stay away from the on ride shots." (AllenA07) Also, it's against park policy to bring cameras aboard rides. Eric
robbalvey Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 ^ Those onride shots he posted look like he took pictures of the monitors in the Sky Tower which show POV footage, so "technically" those pictures are ok as they are really Six Flags images and he didn't break any park rules to take them....at least that's what it looks like to me. --Robb
ebl Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 ^ I took another look, and you're most likely right. Even the worst cameras take better pictures than that. Eric

Then there's the on-ride shot of Ninja...that was taken on the lift hill. I will remove that one. EDIT: I guess it has already been removed.
