Tammy S Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 We will be going to the park in mid Dec , and was wondering do they have any x-mas activities mid week, or x-mas decorations at the park?? How busy do you think the park will be on a Wed/Thurs?? And lastly do they have any deals on park admission in the area, other than the online $10 discount??
fallen xxi Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 actually...funny enough...the Orlando area has more coupons for BGT than the Tampa area... I'd do a google search b/c Busch are always fans of coupons.
sam06pr Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 Well there are 3 Xmas show. (Christmas on Ice, Christmas Celebration and Christmas from the heart, I like the first 2..) Definitely see the shows! You can skip Christmas from the heart. All the rides are open...The crowds will probably not be as crowded. Just do not go after Dec 25th, that is our busiest week. I dunno when school lets out, and it will be busy. They do have quick queue to skip the lines, but I do not recommended. Just come in early and leave late. There are decorations through out the park but not to the extent of Disney or Universal. If you are in the army, navy, whatever, You can get in free and some of your family members free was well. Check their website or called them. As far as a discount or coupons..I have no idea. Busch Gardens Website Hope this helps out a bit
alpengeist04 Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 The best deals will come from multiple day visits or multi-park visits.
Tammy S Posted November 28, 2008 Author Posted November 28, 2008 Thnaks for the tips. We are only going for one day, likely Thur Dec. 11 between visits to WDW/USF. What kids of coupons do they have in the Orlando area??
fallen xxi Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 ^ Haha..have you EVER driven down International Drive in Orlando?? It's FILLED with discount places. Also some hotels (non Disney/Universal) have discounts as well (most notably the Marriott World Center.)
BarryH Posted November 29, 2008 Posted November 29, 2008 The best BGA discount currently is the "Be a Kid Again" promotion. You can get tickets for $58 from the website. If you can get to a AAA South office, you can get the tickets for $55 from AAA. Nearly every gift shop and restaurant along I-Drive has coupon books for the various attractions, shops, and restaurants in the area. I haven't seen a BGA coupon in the books for a long time. If you do find one, you'll probably only see a coupon for a few dollars off. BGA's ticket currently has 2nd day free. You can come back for a 2nd free day within 7 consecutive days of your first visit.
