packfanlv Posted July 6, 2008 Posted July 6, 2008 This TR makes me want to ride a Superman flyer clone all the more, just to see how they ride. TDK...not so much. The Superman flying clones are alright, but don't even come close to Tatsu. I think that if you go in expecting anything near Tatsu you will be disappointed, but it is still a fun ride. As for the TDK, on the basis that it is just a mouse in the dark with some theming does it disappoint? I am of the opinion that most people wouldn't wait more than 20-30 minutes for a mouse anyways and TDK shouldn't be any different.
Bolliger&Mabillard Posted July 6, 2008 Posted July 6, 2008 ^^^Although I agree that ALL Batman clones could stand a facelift, I'm going to have to disagree with swapping the Tim Burton theme to match the Chris Nolan caped crusader. Tim Burton's rendition of Batman was the first to really show the hero as the dark and mysterious character for what he is now. Sure Chris Nolan is using comic material more that Tim Burton may have, but it's easier to relate to the movies, besides the 1989 Batman wasn't bad. ^I would imagine that for a Superman clone, but I learned never to pass judgement on a ride until you have ridden it for myself...I learned that from Morgan Hypers.
Guest Posted July 7, 2008 Posted July 7, 2008 TDK is a pretty good mouse and not a bad ride at all, the big problem is the GP doesnt know its a mouse and the line normally gets 1-1 1/2 hours daily...
