Good news...AB is arguably the best park operator that we have in this country, and if it isn't it certainly rivals Disney and Universal.

 

Had the parks been sold and essentially been either closed or decreased in quality, it would have been a huge loss. Hopefully, InBev doesn't get their hands on the company because I've got that funny feeling that they may see things differently in regards to the theme park division.

^ Although they've been looking to sell the parks for a little while even before this bid from InBev came up, according to two friends of mine in management at Sea World Orlando.

I saw this article in my morning paper. Here is the link. Toward the end it has an interesting blurb about a cost-cutting initiative, called the Blue Ocean, to save more than $750 million through 2009, and save $1 billion through 2010. Unfortunately they don't explain much more about it.
