PeoplemoverMatt Posted April 17, 2008 Share Posted April 17, 2008 The City of Santa Clarita has made giant improvements in the areas of worst traffic here. However construction happening outside the city limits, immediately surrounding Magic Mountain's entrance, is moving forward at a snail's pace.
