This is just a cross section of one wheel, but it might help.

Also, according to the Premier Rides specs page, the standard diameter for a running rail is 5", and the standard track gauge is 3'. However, the Badnitrous Productions tutorial estimated the B&M rail diameter at 5.5" and the track gauge at 4'.

Are you making an entire 6-wheel and mount assembly, or just one wheel?

Have you written to any of the large companies, such as Bolliger and Mabillard (B&M), Intamin or Vekoma for information? You may not get anywhere, however I asked B&M for a drawing of a standard inverted train for a project I was doing, and they happily obliged with basic weight and dimensional information, and sent it to me in the post. You may have trouble getting a really detailed drawing out of them, as obviously they don't just send strangers full designs. It depends on the level of information you need, but its definitely worth a try.

Some links to some coaster company websites are below. Personally I found B&M the most helpful.
