RCT3 Questions

Hi,

I just got RCT3 (about time too) and I had a few questions.

 

1. My friend had RCT3 and in the parks if you were far away from something it would disappear. We then found out there was a way to fix that. What was it?

 

2. I need to get all the essential CS (with links please!)

No I dont want to download all of them. And half the links are broken anyway.

What I absolulotly need to have a good and pretty park.

About number one. Go into the settings and makesure you check off the boxes that have buildings, etc. and things wont disapper when you zoom out. If you have more problems, contact Atari.

question #1: go to settings, then where you can choose low quality -> high quality, choose the advanced (or whatever, called Aangepast in dutch) then the LOD Options and fill all the bars with blue, and check the boxes that astroworldfan posted, and changing the number below the blue bars also helps, default is 400. if you make that 800 you'll see a big difference.. but you gotta have a great computer though. I don't know if I explained it correctly, with the correct names.. don't know how its called in english

I dont think its the same for my RCT3. I have Platinum.

The list is updated every month. There's a couple of gigs worth of scenery there. So be patient, as it will take a few days of constant work to download it all. There are still several links that don't work, but there are so many CS packs that it won't matter.

I dont think its the same for my RCT3. I have Platinum.

 

that doesn't really matter, RCT3 platinum is just RCT3 released 2 years later.. not much different
