Photo's Thorpe Park visit 23/6/7

I have not been to Thorpe Park for over 2 years (shameful as I only live 1/2 hour's drive away) mega long Q's and the whole park had a "power cut" about 2pm.

 

Stealth was impressive, no "rollbacks" though

It was so nice to ride the Flying Fish when I went last week. Last time I was on it, I must have been about 10 so it was a real nostalgia trip

 

I also loved how the Carousel still had all the old Thorpe Park Ranger characters on it!

Nice PTR that park looks really nice, and the splash boat has really good scenery.

 

I was wondering about those sky swats, my friend said they hurt, but I just got on one in May and I thought it was pretty fun.

The Carousel has 2 cars (facing each other as clam type) from the Phantom Phantasia / Wicked Witches Haunt which burnt down in the middle of the Summer of 2000 in a fire started on the nearby "Tropical Travels".

 

I have not been on "Slammer", I was talking to one of the Ops and they said "don't lean forward when riding unless you want bruised shoulders".

this is one of the top European parks I want to visit, looks like a nice place to go for coasters!
