As most of you already know the Gold Coast has 6 theme parks and a dinner attraction.

Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Wet n Wild Water World, Paradise Country and Outback Spectacular all own by same company and Dreamworld and White Water World own by a different company.

Anyway as I come upto my 5th year working as a Photographer for Warner Bros. Movie World and Seaworld Ive moved over the last week from where all the theme parks except Sea World are and headed into downtown Surfers Paradise which is close to Sea World.

So I thought I would share a Photo Report of the Gold Coast so If anyone visits this beautiful part of the world they can see whats on offer besides just the Theme Parks.

Enjoy Ian

This is the left view from my new studio.

And here the straight ahead night view from my windows looking at downtown Surfers Paradise.

The building with the red light on top is Q1 which is the World's Highest Residential Tower at 80 stories and we will visit it in this update.

1st I started the day by hitting the beach which is 30 sec plus a lift ride from my room. This is the colour of sand when there is no light.

My Favorite shot taken at 5:30am the camera has caught this natural light before the sun hits and the awesome result is Black and White from Mother Nature.

This 10sec shutter speed shot puts the sky and sand in perfect focus with 10sec of ocean movement.

Who said Disney wasnt on the Gold Coast.

There is also lots of fit females on the Gold Coast.

The Hoff turns up for work.

Really nice sunrise burst from the clouds.

And finally another day arrives now lets head over to Q1.

Im really happy I moved from the theme parks to Surfers Paradise I already feel less stressed.

Next photos Q1 play time and Theme Park views I promise

Sea World over at the Spit, look how big the Sea World Eye is.

Towards the Hinterland you can see Dream World and the World's Highest drop ride The Giant Drop which is 39 stories.

In 1949 Paula Stafford of Surfers Paradise begins making two-piece bathing suits that later become the bikini and ever male visitor to the Gold Coast is forever thankful.

Looking towards Broadbeach, in the top right corner you can see the Casino and The Gold Coast Convention Centre where Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Wet N Wild Water World and Paradise Coutry have there annual Ball and continue to break attendance records each year since its opening in 2004.

If you continue to drive 30 mins south you will hit New South Wales which is the State where you will find Sydney which is about a 20 hour drive south.
