Steffen_Dk Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 Hey... Now I've done a coaster I've build on in some time. It's my first coaster with inversions, and everything is totally handmade. Pics:
Golfie Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 The color scheme reminds me of Raging Bull. How come you only used 4 cars per train?
coastercrazed49 Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 ^ Yeah he's right you need to add more cars. Other than that good work, like the layout.
texashorns82492 Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 It needs a lot of work. The turn out of the station wasn't that great. The lift sloped too early and slowly. The dive loop after the zero-g needs alot of work. It speeds through everything else. Just smooth it out and you have yourself a good ride.
thrillrideseeker Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 I thought it was good! Except I think you should add more cars per train! ~Matthew
The Cheat Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 Yeah seriously. And also..why the hell was the train 4 cars, and the station with like 22 loading gates. WTF? Also the ending was so pointless. You should have gotten rid of that and split the station to add brakes.
Steffen_Dk Posted April 5, 2007 Author Posted April 5, 2007 I would like to change the cars, but I don't know how to do it.. Give me some time, and then I'll change it!! Later: Yes - Now I've found out how to change the length of the trains.. Now the trains have 6 cars - and it looks much better And I've also tried to fix some of the things you said! Longer trains How do I make this into brakes?? I've changed the lift
The Cheat Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 Select the second station and go to the track list option and click brakes, then click the transform button. There you go.
thrillrideseeker Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 It looks much better now that it has longer trains! Great job! Keep up the good work! ~Matthew
benzo41190 Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 you just need practice..you will get better with time. It wasn't that bad, you just need to smooth out your transitions. Using AHG and elementary will help you make custom elements that will work for your track. If you use the pre-made elements, they sometimes don't work with the height and speed of the train.
Steffen_Dk Posted April 6, 2007 Author Posted April 6, 2007 Thanks guys.. Butwhat is AHG, and where do I get it??
