I purchased a Sony DCR-DVD 105 Handycam last year in the fall. I had no real use for it back then, but am starting to find use for it now. I intend to use it during our Disney vacation this year. I was wondering, however, what editing program I should use to make videos. The program that came with it (Nero) isn't that great, and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a beginner in the camcorder field. Thanks!

"Adobe premier" is good for pros but is very expensive. $100+

A good beginner software is "Pinnacle Studio".

Or you can always start off with "Windows Movie Maker" but the quality isnt that good when using effects.

Premiere is a decent product, but it'll cost over $799 for the full version of CS3. If you're getting started, id try using windows movie maker, of if you're a mac junkie, final cut.
