Vault: Red Blitz

I recently had a chance to try a bottle of this new soda, which is obviously Coca-Cola's answer to Pepsi's Mountain Dew: Code Red flavor.

 

The soda itself: Not bad. It's actually very pleasant, almost like a carbonated version of Cherry Kool-Aid, and without any noticeable aftertaste.

 

Try this stuff at least once, if you haven't already.

I hope they do a Zero version. That's the only kind I can have.

I've never really liked new types of soda or energy drinks. I think the energy drink makers (Not really Vault, but other types of energy drinks) actually TRY to make the drinks taste bad so it makes teenagers feel like they are drinking alcohol.

I'll take Cola please!

Vault isn't really an energy drink. It's just a stronger Moutain Dew type drink. I havn't even seen the drink yet here, but I love Vault so I'm sure I will like this.

I think Mountain Dew Code Red is better. Original Vault is better than Mountain Dew, but this version is definitely not as good as MD's.

I think I'll wait until they come out with Cherry Vanilla Diet Caffeine Free Vault Zero: Red Blitz Blak with Lemon, Lime, and Raspberry. Only then will I be satisfied.

Edit: Tried it again and now I find the stuff to be really tasty.
