re_upcrazy78
I took my Brother to Disney MGM studios because he had never been there before. We got to the park at about 9 am. There was a sign saying that the Chronicles of Narnia and Tower of Terror were closed..... I was not pleased about this... But, halfway through the day, tower or terror opened up. Lines weren't to bad. Aerosmiths rockin' roller coaster was the longest. But, we got our little fast passes from the booth, and came back an hour later, and the wait was only about 20 minutes. For those who have never seen the Indiana Jones stunt show, I would highly recommend going to it. I have seen it a few times before, and it still catches me by surprise in a few parts. I also went to the stunt spectacular with cars, motorcycles and jetskiis. I have never seen this attraction before, and thought it was very neat. Those little cars have motorcycle engines in them, they were pretty powerful. Also, I went on the backlot tour, same as always, but interesting to those who have never seen it before. Last one. Until next time...... They light up this whole place with Christmas lights every Year. It's amazing. Looks real doesn't it? Downtown New York, or is it San Fransisco? Entrance for the stunt show. Black cars represent the bad guys. Herbie the love bug! Got plenty of em'. Baddest car around. Epic stunt spectacular Part of the backlot tour Last Indiana pic Sorry I couldn't get a better picture. Plays just like the movie. 2 different stages in Indiana Jones stunt show Indiana Jones stunt show. Come back to star tours soon! Buy yours today for the low, low price of 1 million space bucks. C-3PO says Hi. Command central This tour pod is down due to lazer blast malfunction From Luke Skywalkers point of view. Time to go in... Kind of an old ride, but still cool. Star tours anyone? This is NOT the actual coaster track, but, that would be cool. That's a mighty big guitar you have there. Aerosmith's rockin' roller coaster And one more Another... Tower interior And one more of the outside. Another shot... There it is...... The best ride there Disney MGM Studios... I believe this is Mickey's apprentice hat. Primogen18
cool pics, lights/motors/action was only under construction when I was there last. I hope they take off that "direct from disney studios paris" tag off the end, that looks kind of stupid. If they wanted to go there they could tack "directly from disneyland california" on 85% of magic kingdom lol...
bigstevet07
Does anybody know what they are building behind the blue wall in the downtown area? I was there in mid-September of 05 and that wall was there then.
ECZenith
They built a whole new building for LMA, unfortunately both times I have been since it opened the show was full, and then last time, was down for maintenance. Nice photos, I love that Indy show.

bigstevet07
MGM could be a great park. They have 2 great rides, ToT and Aerosmith, they have 2 great stunt shows, but that is about it. They could use an update to that park, like maybe changing the not-so-great movie ride or something.
ECZenith
Where exactly is Disney-MGM building their new "Midway Mania" ride. (I hope that's a working title. It seems like DCA's version might be partially outdoor under California Screamin's structure, but where will MGM's fit?
