rollerdude Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 This is Lightyear, a 150 foot tall floorless coaster with a max positive geforce of 4.2. It took me about a week to create it all. Here is the track download. I hope you guys like it. Lightyear.nltrack
HCOSurfer90 Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 It was a very good track and design, but it felt as if it were gonna roll back on some parts, otherwise it was very good.
chaos Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Wow, that's an awesome layout. I really liked it.
benzo41190 Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Nice coaster, I love the changes in directions between inversions. I also love the hidden brake run and turn in all the trees, it was a nice surprise!
rollerdude Posted October 2, 2006 Author Posted October 2, 2006 ^^^I had to modify it a little bit so it would go faster through the elements, especially the immlemann. I would have liked a faster coaster, but I didn't want to add LIM's on a ride that wouldn't have them. Im going to try and stay as realistic as possible with this game.
leighton Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 It was a very nice track, but there are a few close calls in with track and supports. Like here: What about this poor guys arms?: 'Please keep arms and head tightly inside the train at all times due to potential for amputation' Other than that the layout is very good.
coasterfan200692 Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 There were some close calls with the supports and there were quite a few tree hits. But if this is only your second coaster, that was great! You'll be a good Nl person.
rollerdude Posted October 4, 2006 Author Posted October 4, 2006 I knew there were close calls, but not THAT close. I will have to fix those.
Satoshi Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 fps in motion's real too slow though it has no danger g's and i love it! the head chopper 'n the arm chopper are very kinda close call for mine though - you needa fix!
