apollo210
Today Timo my friend, my sister, my dad and I went to Canobie Lake Park. This park is clean, beautiful, and makes sure its rides are well kept! I like this park a lot! First, Timo and I did the Tiki maze. Ehh, its an easy Maze. 4/10 Then we did Wipeout, a chance Wipeout. Awsome ride, even if I squished Timo. Great forces, and a few pops of airtime. Also, it has great sound effects as well as some great theming! 8/10 Next up was the Wooden Coaster YANKEE CANNONBALL! We rode in the back seat and it was the right choice! Awsome roller coaster! Great airtime, out of control feeling, and a great feeling of speed make this ride an awsome one! Back seat gets a 10/10! We rode in the second to front seat next. Its still better than AC, but not as much air as the first ride. 9.5/10 Then we rode Star Blaster, an S&S Tower. Great ride witha forceful 2 launches, and 2 places of airtime, but it got boring after that. Still gets an 8/10. Then we rode the Skater, the first Zamperla Skater. Fun ride with forceful spinning motion. also, I got air at one place. 8/10 Next up was the Caterpiller. Before the ride started, my dad and sister spotted up from the SKy Ride. Timo and I said hi but then the ride started. Fun, fast ride with a tarp. Gets a 6/10 because besides those, its not that great. After that, the whole gang had launch. After that, we went over to the other side of the park. Timo and I went on the Log FLume. WE got to go on it 2 times in a row without getting off. Great ride with some airtime on its 2 drops. Plenty of rapids on the ride as well. It uses its terrain wisely as well. 10/10. Timo and I went on the Timbersplash next. We rode on both water slides each 2 times, with us sitting in diffrent places each time. This ride was running wilder than it was in May. Wet gets 8/10 and wetter gets 9/10. Then we rode Mine of Lost Souls. I'm not a fan of Dark Rides, but I guess this one was ok. 6/10 because it doesn't get you neasous like DarKastle. Then we rode Twist and Shout Tilt A Whril. Well it didn't spin as much as I hoped, but still good fun. 7/10. Then we rode the Boston Tea Party. Great Fun still, but don't ride in the front! It was painful in the front because it threw you forward at the end of the splash. The ride is still awsome and its deffently not a Dan Aproved ride! Then We rode the Cannonball once more, then the Starblaster again (Timo liked it more that time) and the Skater once more, then It was almost time to go. Then my dad gave me the Camera (finally) and I took some pretty bad photos. Then it was time to go. Here are the awsome photos (keep in mind that my dad took most of the photos)! EDIT: Fixed up the photo's. Sorry about the bad photo's, my camera just doesn't like the rain before you guys give me crap about it. The Train, I can walk as fast as it! CorkSCREW train in the corkSCREW SCREWing people up. Teaser Sign as well as Construction And Log FLume drop Log Flume Splash Corkscrew in Backround, and Construction picture! Now defunct pool and Ferris Wheel. Careosul... Me and Timo are coming (yes, I do look fat). Ocean Trip "big kid" ride. Boston Tea Party's fast lift hill. That Spash accually came from the boston Tea Party! OMG! Its the super amazing catterpiller and I think that I was on it when the photo was takin! OMG! Cars with Yankee Cannonball in the backround. View from my house. Its nice outside, don't you think? Good Bye Yankee Cannonball

live2tell75
I'm glad you had a good day at the park. I miss Canobie Lake so much! This was my childhood park growing up before I moved to Florida when I was eight. I used to spend so many trips riding the Flume, Tilt-A-Whirl, The Mirror Maze and Turkish Twist! The Yankee Cannonball was one of my first coasters ever growing up. The first being the Flyer Comet at Lincon Park. Those were the days.

apollo210
^^^ The Yankee Cannonball IS awsome! ^^ WOW! I never knew you grew up in the area! I'm glad to say that all of the rides listed are still in the park. The Yankee Cannonball had the longest que next to the Corkscrew and the Psyco Dome. Its the parks most popular ride next to crap rides. ^LOL! Whats my reward James, a meet up on Canobie opening day?
ECZenith
I LOVE mine of lost souls, definately a quality dark ride, glad you checked it out. I definately should have made it up there this year, but there just wasn't anything new for me to check out. I'm going to go in the spring whenever the extreme frisbee is ready.
