I thought both Apollo's Chariot and Alpengiest both have a really nice veiw of the park. Expedition Everest as well, as you can see all 4 Disney parks while traveling up the hill...but you have to turn around a bit).

Depends on what you like I guess... San Deigo's Dipper has a nice view of the beach and bay... Tennessee Tornado has a good mountain view... Boulder Dash has the best lift-without-a-view ...

Or Beast! ^Wait.....thats coming out of the trees....Tennesse Tornado does have awesome mountain views, Thunderheads I like because you can see all the crazyness below and all the trees and mtns.
