Have you tried to copy the file to every single user (if your computer works like that)? Well, go to the place you said it was and right drag it to The persons document/RCT3/Structures and copy it there. It will come up with some options. Press copy here. Do that on every ones documents and it should work on any ones log on. (If you are with me so far) There should now be the same file or thingy thing in everyones documents. Hope it helps it worked for me.

If they ever make an RCT4 than they should let you put a photo thingy on the hill and not on a flat. Also, maybe on the launching coasters let you make the car stop and have like a little saying thing like Storm Runner at hershy park. The Roto drop should have more seats and a little more brakes. Last but not least, let you have all of the track pieces go longer or shorter or little and more banked more or less so you have like you want it.
