Should be fine. I bet Blue Streak will be an amazing ride at night. -
Go for the XL, in every way it is a better system.

Going to be a lot to do in the game today. It looks like I am now able to travel to the island. There is also a big catching contest, and my flower shop opened as well. We should try to coordinate a group tour to the island this weekend. I will open my town for a little bit right now.

Conneaut also sells individual tickets as well. I knew that I wanted to ride Blue Streak several times, so the $20 all day wrist band was worth it for me. On our visit we discovered that while Waldameer opened at 12, most of the rides did not actually open until 1. -

Cedar Point! I will do this section in several updates. There is simply too much to post at once. I have not been to Cedar Point since 2007 (When Maverick first opened), so I felt it was time to finally make a return trip back to the park. It also does not hurt that a big brand new coaster just opened up a few weeks ago as well. This was Chuck's first visit to the park, so it was fun to be along to help him earn all of those credits. We stayed at Hotel Breakers which for me is certainly worth the extra money for being right next to the park. We were in the 2nd closest hotel room to the side entrance! The extra hour of early entry is also a nice perk. It is always good to have a minimum of two days, especially if you travel far, to visit the park. The weather can be so unpredictable. Lucky for us, the weather was beyond perfect. We ended up getting in advance the new Fast Lane Plus. It was worth every penny. We got on multiple rides on Maverick (90 minute wait reduced to 5), Dragster, MF., Raptor and GateKeeper (90 minute wait reduced to 5). Chuck was able to easily earn all his credits, which included multiple rides, on the first day. (Well except Wicked Twister, but we got that the following day). Cedar Point does have some of my favorite coasters. Maverick still is my favorite in the park. I was able to ride Gatekeeper twice though I have to admit that was disappointed with it. I somewhat like Wing Rider coasters. I have ridden both Wild Eagle and X-Flight before riding Gatekeeper and I would have to rate Gatekeeper behind both of those. ( X-Flight would be my favorite in case you wanted to know). Our first ride was in row two on the right side. I was pretty surprised how much the train rattled on the outside seat. I never felt any rattle on either Eagle or Flight. Our second with was in the back row left-hand side. I only noticed very little rattle on that row. Overall, I guess I really did not care a whole lot about the layout of the ride. Sure the keyhole section is fun, but the rest of the ride kind of felt flat to me. It just had too many zero-G type maneuvers. By no means is it a bad ride, just it is not one of my favorites. Anyways, let us head on to the first batches of photos. Hope you enjoy them! Made it back to Cedar Point. I have not been here since 2007. This is a big perk for staying at a Cedar Point hotel. Good morning little Gate Keepers. Chuck has visited most of the major parks in the entire world. This is proof he finally made it to Cedar Point. Well...I would agree that it is the best park in Ohio. You had to start the day with the best coaster in the park, right? Maverick is still awesome. We were able to get a few rides in that morning. The lift sure is fast. You do get some nice air time here. Right into the tunnel. The tunnel launch is really great. I honestly think it is pretty much the most perfectly paced ride I have ridden. I think that the front row is my favorite. We now present to you.... Nobody has this picture. It really goes up there....far. The ride is very camera friendly. Weeeeee! There are two places of airtime in the ride. The first drop is really great. The park was pretty crowded for a Monday. Our 90 minute wait for GateKeeper became 5 with this. Oh yeah, this is here too. I was happy to get multiple rides on this during our visit. Zoooom! 420 feet is a long way up. 17 seconds later, you are finished. This is a close up of 120mph. New for 2013! Station photo! Fast Lane Plus avoids all of this! Gatekeeper Train! Wing Rider trains really do look neat. Up they go! Gatekeeper slowly turns upside down at this point. You really do get a lot of hang time in the front rows. Not much airtime here. Keyholing! This is where the train reverses direction to head back to the station. Another near miss! Raptor is a LOT taller than I remembered. It really is one of the best B&M inverts in my opinion. We will finish off part one with a water tower photo. -
Yes, you are correct! Right now I want to use most of money to get the next few house expansions before I tackle anything else. The first week is a little slow, but you start bringing in some money once you start selling non-native fruit to your local store.

I honestly thought the gum wall was disgusting! The ride was pretty good. Chuck experienced a roll back before the lift hill! -
Your Happy Room Academy will open up either today or tomorrow for you. Mine opened yesterday.
-
I discovered that you can use the game pad to switch between tools (down frees your hands). That is so much easier than going to inventory.

Being in the park after 5 is the best time. It is cooler and a lot less crowded. My first visit to the park was in the evening. I was able to get all my credits in no problem. -
Pretty soon we will be able to get an axe. Vandalizing a town usually means cutting down someone's trees.
-
Every three days. Also it is recommended to wait until you get the watering can before planting any trees. Graffiti? Not sure what you mean. EDIT: I read that the watering can is not for trees, just flowers.
-
Open your gates for a minute Robb. I can give you a few others.
-
^ Whatever reason, we all got kicked out of the online room. I assume there will be a few hiccups online for a little while since it is a brand new game. That is why I saved quite a bit while we were in there. After some reading it looks like you do not need to water trees. Just makes sure you plant them far away from buildings.
-
What did you lose? Hopefully everyone should still have the trade fruit since I saved a few minutes before the online crash.
-
That worked well, but the online crashed there at the last minute. Make sure you save often, I am sure they will have a few problems since it is a new game.
-
I am going to open my gates! Bring fruit please.
-
In the past really nothing. But I think in this one you get museum expansions.
-
You should always donate your first fossils, fish, insects, paintings to the museum. You will get duplicates of the same ones in the future that you can sell (or set up in your house). You can view all your donations in the museum. I caught my first shark this morning. I had him in my house for a few minutes before donating him. He was awesome! Let's plan on having a meet up later tonight. I can always open my gates for an open house/fruit trade! Has anyone found a watering can in your stores yet?
-
Don't forget that one if the rocks in your town (when hit by your shovel) dispenses a bunch of bells. (One random rock a day). You usually can get about 6,000+ bells a day doing that. I just got my first house upgrade and the fishing pole today. Anyone else walking around your house with the 3DS, in sleep mode, to earn play coins?

Same...at least we get a second chance at the Hurricane next month.
