We can cope with busy, the way the business runs one of our main breaks has to be over the christmas period from christmas eve to new year.. I notice for some reason everything apart from disney is closed on chritmas day so we plan our first two days in disney Christmas day being the first day then intend to move up to knotts then valencia then back into hollywood for universal... We will be using hotels either on or as near to the gate as possible but any tips would be welcome... We have previously done this same period in paris and florida and have always found it easy to get everything done just as long as we make use of EE or get to the gate on time.. I have to admit though I cant get my head around how SFMM front of line system works??

Thanks, I got confused because in a photo trip report one of the captions had a ride saying "thats 2 credits" ... Im easily confused I got confused last week trying to work out why Grand National drops you off on the opposite platform to the one you got on at..Even after videoing the whole ride I still dont get it

Sorry, I could have made it clearer.. As Elissa says you need a camcorder already, the lipstick is an accessory that plugs in However some camcorders cant take certain accessories so make sure you find out before you buy the first camcorder you come across...

i notice you host a file (Im guessing) in a zipped form, at 2.0mb its very quick and efficient but when i try to zip my videos down they hardly end up much smaller than the original size and if i email the zipped file to somone it takes forever..... So do i need to have my zipped files on a web page and let peeps download them rather than emailing them...?? Danny(thanks)

what camcorder do u have and does it have av out/in or/and an accesory shoe... should be able to pinpoint it from that info.. Otherwise the other option is to get a dedicated lipstick to a portable recorder either hd or tape... this means u have to carry two lots of equipment around etc etc

Just done a DvD of the dibb weekend at blackpool pleasure beach, I can highly highly highly, recommend room 439 in the Big Blue Hotel on the pleasure beach, you can almost touch steeplechase, big dipper and the big one and the rooms are awesome... I`ll pm if i may with a couple of questions just need to look at rail details as we live near blackpool so would have to obviously rail down(cant stand driving to london) to meet you.. One other tiny ? if I may as you are the dvd expert.. I have a friend in the states and want to send a copy of the dvd to them , would i have to make an nstc copy(In the uk our av equipment plays ntsc and pal usually just wondered if it was the same for you). Cant you just use an editor like video studio 9 and capture your dvd..., then all your video is available as library files on you hd

If you look for a package that sells a pci firewire card and the cable youll probably end up paying less than you would for a cable alone... eg a firewire 1394 I/O controller card Dont even bother using USB 2.0 to connect the camera its lossy in comparism..

I have got myself a dinky cute little sony pc53e and have been playing around with it and a video editiong package recently (with the help of Jackies stuffed disney characters) in lieu of our upcoming trips in October toOrlando for Halloween..and Christmas in California... By the way are you guys around Orlando in Halloween, and are you doing Universal terror nights... Anyway back to the technical questions... Are you happy to let your equipment (Im refering to your camera not your marital equipment), run on its automatic setttings or do you find it more useful to set exposure etc yourself.. yep seems to be working fine.... sometimes when your posting live it is fun to see live comments coming back but it can also be frustrating having to wade through threads to find the photos so in all i would say this is a good idea... One thing though, I tried using the calender as we thought we had read you were in Florida in October and in the UK next year but I dont see any mention of it... With the strength of sterling against the HK$ we can get flights from the UK to HK via Switzerland for less than £400...[about 650 dollars i guess].. Are you going to check out disneyland hong kong, looking at the official site it has nothing on it but drawings though some of the prices for pre booking the official hotels are unbelievable at about £35 for a room in the disney hollywood hotel.. My only reservation is apart from Hong Kong itself [which should be plenty to do] the actual park may be a bit , unfinished and small....
