congrats Soren! I too am a College Program alumni (spring adv 2003) and all I can say is you are in for quite an experience! You will get to meet people from all over the world! Plus you can't beat living in the commons...hey it has free laundry afterall! Some advice...see and do as much as you can...not just on property but the surrounding area too. Some of my best memories came from adventures around central Florida!

i think the SFMM ride has my interest. just like when they built goliath they are waiting with this one which i think is a neat idea. keeping it secret means lots of anticipation. plus the fact that they are actually trying to build this thing on the mountain in the middle of the park is quite interesting since most recent additions have been along the edges.

last summer when i was working seasonal at disney mariah visited mk's splash mtn and required two empty boats behind and in front of her...funny thing is she was wearing high heels and got stuck trying to get out the boat so they had to lift her out of the damn thing

while disney doesn't actively promote the event, nor to they post "warnings" they do provide free t-shirts to those guests who perhaps didnt know about the whole red shirt thing. last year they also did a special early opening of the other parks...they put a note in each hotel room stating due to large crowds at mk, they were offering an early opening at the other parks for all guests.
