I'm not disagreeing with what you're saying, I'm just pointing out that having something like LOTR as a land could make Universal more attractive to adults as well. Harry Potter for the kids, LOTR for teens and adults.

Yep...seems quite odd they couldn't wait til weekend only operation to do the work on Superman plaza...I'm sure there's other footers to be poured elsewhere.

^ There's probably a hundred variables with budgets, time, manufacturer's schedule etc. that led to how the order of what was built. I don't really think you can fault the park in that regard. It seems like there's no real reason Superman HAS to be closed for FT construction, though.
