  1. Well, this blows. It makes sense, and the writing's been on the wall for some time now, but it blows. This was a huge bucket list ride for me. It was closed when I visited the park in July (shameless plug), and while I was dissapointed, I knew how much of a maintenance nightmare it was and I was pretty confident when I returned to the park it'd be open. Guess not. I'm optimistic for what the future holds, but this is a huge kick to the face for the entire coaster community. Rest in peace, Volcano. We never really formally met, but you meant so much to so many, and for good reason. Godspeed.

  2. Great report so far! Glad you had fun at my home park, can't wait to hear about your second day there. Be the Thunder!

Then we hit what is IMO the star attraction of BGT, and that's MOTHER F------ KUMBA!!!!! Holy f------- sh----!!! This thing is so intense it was like it was designed specifically for my tastes in coasters. For as old as it is I was very surprised that it was as smooth as something that is brand spanking new! Every element was flawless and this is easily a top 10 coaster for me.

Now that's what I like to hear. Welcome to the cult.

    I never buy my photos.

  4. I think this was more likely a title grab for Tigris than something related to the Gwazi project.

Yes, and if I'm not mistaken, the trademark was for "Twisted Tiger" which implied one coaster and not two.

Call me out if I'm wrong, but wasn't there another name on the trademark... Uproar, wasn't it? It's not exactly tiger-related, so that could be a working name for the coaster(s?). Ya never know. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  5. Hey guys! I made my feature film debut today in Adam McKay’s Vice! I play the character Doug. Look for me about an hour in and let me know what you think of the movie!

That's huge, congratulations! It must feel pretty insane to be a part of a movie that won a freaking Golden Globe. How lucky are you??
