There was mention of Balder in Switzerland. How many days extra would this add to the already planned 10 days? I figure if I do this trip, I'd ride as much as possible and plan accordingly to attend all the parks you folks might add on. Any other places that are being considered? Thanks, Rich

As far as seat choice, it depends on the ride. Superman, the qbot line merges just before the station, so once inside, you have your choice. Batman, it depends on the people in the station since it is set up so poorly, they assign you rows. Pandemonium is only one train anyways. The wooden rides, only allow you the middle cars. And I am not sure on the mind eraser. Have fun.

The ride op I was speaking with said on occasion, depending on who visits, he has seen whole portions of the park closed (according to him anyways).

Just got back from my first IOA/Universal/BGT trip (lots of fun). Does anyone know who was at IOA on Saturday which caused the staff to close the rides (at least Ripsaw Falls) to allow a celebrity or vip to ride? To clarfiy, Ripsaw was closed due to "technical difficulty", but was running the whole time. Several minutes later, a portion around the ride was "off limits". Then I heard one op say to another, "You can open it back up now, she's on the ride." I confronted the op who confirmed that someone special was there, but he wouldn't say who, and I didn't feel like waiting. Rich "was waiting to spray the vip with the pay water guns" Elie

Interesting for me anyways. Rode Hydra on Friday (awesome ride; by far my favorite floorless compared to Medusa, Knight Flight, Dark Knight and Scream) and saw Paul Reuben @ the park. I first noticed him taking pictures (of Hydra I presume) on top of the Wild Mouse, not that I knew who was up there. They actually closed Wild Mouse for him to climb up the lift stairs with attendants. I then saw him again sitting taking photos. I walked by him a couple of times to make sure it was him. Later saw Dorney Park managers coddling him by Hydra. I thought it was kind of cool seeing him there. I wonder if he told them Hydra was his favorite coaster???
