Yes I have seen a few youtube videos of 2016 Scarefest and Nemesis looks absolutely amazing with all the red lighting when it gets dark.

I agree, the transformation has breathed much needed life into ride and also they lowered the height restriction from a stupid 1.4m to a much more reasonable 1m. When I visit with friends I even ride it sometimes as its just plain fun! I do agree it's a fun ride! But going backwards in complete darkness just felt more exhilarating than the nightclub style for me

Does anyone know if the Smiler face has been taken of ALL of the carriages since the crash? Or is it just the one in this picture? Just looks a bit bare without that grinning face on the front.

I'd love to ride X:\ No Way Out again before it turned into some sort of brightly lit nightclub themed ride. When it was a backwards in the dark coaster, it made it really exciting! Now it's just something to tick off the list

What I hate is how the media love to demonise Alton Towers as if their rides aren't safe.... Constantly exaggerating mishaps (excluding June 2015) as if they are life threatening. No! They just have some shite staffing that needs sorting out.
