  1. Yeah but look at PGA, the last major ride added that's still running was an off the shelf unthemed inverted boomerang 8 years ago! (personally don't count a small unthemed mouse as a major addition either). I'm personally much more pleased with the quality additions SFMW has added over the last 8yrs such as ROAR!, Medusa, V2, Shouka Stadium and Ocean Discovery, compare to the questionable quality of PGA's cheap additions ever since Paramount took over. SFMW has delivered so far by being the only park bringing new world class coasters to the Bay Area. So in the meantime, these quality family additions are fine by me since they will bring in the numbers and dollars to justify their next blockbuster coaster, which will no doubt be amazing! With the rumours of Zonga leaving, it's a sure bet we'll be seeing a new skyline at SFMW soon. As for PGA, I've already long given up years ago of ever seeing any major new coaster or any quality attractions ever being added there as long as cheap Paramount still owns the park (a flat for their 30th anniversary is absolutely pathetic!).
  2. Meh, they can remove both of em for all I care. That might be possible though to have it drop from the hilltop down to where Boomerang is, then have the rest of the layout over the rapids, could be doable.
  3. I thought it was already known that for 06' they'd be adding a new kids area (pg. 18 ): http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/701374/000095011705003997/a40662.htm As far as XLR8, please don't send that POS to SFMW. It's far and away the most boring of the Arrow suspendeds, I'd even take Iron Draggin' over this. Besides, SFMW doesn't have a huge open plot of land to slap it up, any new coasters will have to be custom designed to fit into what little available open space there is. Now for 07' bring on that B&M Mega Coaster! 150ft tall, build the lift on that hilltop where the Iwerks theater is and drop it all the way down to where Kong/Cobra are and you have yourself a 170-180ft first drop! And SFOG's Goliath is a great example of how the rest of the layout can be designed in and around existing rides/walkways (they can also remove Kong for all I care to open up plenty of additional room at the bottom of the hill).
  4. Chalk up another Mo here!
