  1. I'm not sure how feasible it is to retrofit Wolverine Wildcat for two train operation, but I think it would be helpful.
  2. Yes, the train was in the storage shed. I hadn't been to the park in about a month (trips to CP and Canada's Wonderland prevented me), but it wasn't there previously. It was quite clear that the foliage around the track had been cut recently. It still has a tunnel effect, but is more tamed now.
  3. Was at the park from 6:30p to 9p (close) last night (Sunday). I noticed the 2nd train for Timbertown Railway sitting in the storage area. Could only see it for a couple of seconds but it appeared to have only one passenger car. Also, the pumpkin patch here: I was surprised to see large crowds this late on a Sunday. The entire queue of Mad Mouse was filled. But Shivering Timbers only had a 15-20 minute wait.
  4. I'm assuming it's for adverts as the current commercials aren't park specific. Edit: upon rereading, I see where it says "cable series"
  5. I was just at Canada's Wonderland. Time Warp (Volare) was so uncomfortable.
  6. Well it certainly makes no sense to do an announcement on a Friday. Maybe next week if at all.
  7. Michigan's Adventure doesn't even have one of those
  8. For 2016 Platinum Pass sales, you get either a free visit or fast lane in 2015 at Michigan's Adventure OR Cedar Point. Has it always been like this?
  9. Don't forget Dorney Park and Carowinds and dare I say Wildwater Kingdom.
  10. http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Knotts+screamin+swing+closing&l=1#
  11. Ehh, I love Screamin' Swings, but the one at Knott's is an additional fee.
  12. Most of the parks have free water park. Knott's Berry Farm and Cedar Point are the only ones coming to mind that don't.
  13. If they really wanted more people at the park, they could adjust prices, but I'm not sure that's the desire. Can the park handle more people?
  14. Haha, I saw that on their Facebook page earlier. Good grief (Charlie Brown).
  15. A Screamin' Swing would be fantastic. Skyhawk is one of my fav rides at CP.
  16. Well if they need maintenance folks who aren't afraid of heights, they should hire some from the B.C. Cobb plant. That stack is 650ft tall. Great sight to see from Shivering Timbers.
  17. Why do you think that would be a problem?
  18. Haha thanks. I may go to Kentucky Kingdom next summer as well, although their SLC is slightly different. Nevertheless, I think it fits MA well.
  19. Hmm, I don't get it. Every time I ride Thunderhawk, I get off the ride and regret it. I also have never ridden another SLC, though expect to ride one at Canada's Wonderland in a couple of weeks. I think I'm spoiled cause I frequently will drive the 4 hours to CP.
  20. People waited 2 hours for Thunderhawk?! No thank you.
  21. Just got this email from the park. Is this a tease or just a general email campaign sign up?
  22. Any coaster will be fine in my opinion. A floorless Vortex from Carowinds would be great too. Would be nice to have a B&M. Or if they want to RMC Wolverine Wildcat, go for it!
  23. Looks like Valleyfair and Kings Dominion also have dormitory facilities.
  24. I am under the impression that Cedar Point is the only CF park with employee housing.
