  1. Also a guy I know talked to Brad Marcy today and told him if they are going to get a new attraction next year, I was told he said he hasn't discussed it yet and to stay posted. I guess he hasn't told much people yet, but at least we know that we are getting something.
  2. Thank you, I will be going on a weekday so I hopefully won't get too bad of lines, but there's always a backup Quick Queue which sounds very good.
  3. The only lines you will encounter is on the Wild Mouse, but if you stay for the day prepare for some small lines after 6. Also if you want food hit the Smokehouse Barbecue, Chickies and Petes, or Monster Grille other then that there isn't really anything good, hope you have a great day of no lines!
  4. I will tell you that it will be either called Bloodshed or Cornstalkers. It is going to be very good, trust in Dorney.
  5. I can see a removal of many Top Spin attractions in the near future since lately most have been down quite often, or they can do what SFGAdv did with there Top Spin and refurbish it and give it an improved system.
  6. Dorney is being very smart in my opinion, they know that they aren't as good as Hershey and SFGAdv coaster wise so Dorney is trying to improve on the stuff they are better at which is having a great waterpark, good flat rides, and a good haunt.
  7. Yes, that area where Steel Force's lift hill will be a new haunt, but they did not tell me what the theme is, but there is a possibility it is themed to witches since there are signs advertising haunt and there is a witch on it. We are also not informed if Gravewalkers will return this year, but if it isn't that plot of land will be occupied by something. The Bloodshed/Cornstalkers maze will be both indoors and outdoors and I haven't been able to go into the construction area, but I will go on Steel Force today and see if there is a roof on it. For the haunt near Steel Force's lift hill, that will include a roof as I have been told. I will keep you informed on TPR as much as I know from the information they are telling us. There is more to fear this year!
  8. Actually this is the first real issue MAMBA has had this year. It has been running pretty reliable this season. Of course it hasn't been warm enough to melt wheels like it usually does during summer (hence the sprinklers before the station to cool them down) Really, good to here that because here at Dorney we had issues with Steel Force a few times this year and I heard Wild Thing is having the same issues. What ride at WoF is usually the one that is prone to breaking down, there is usually always that one ride that does.
  9. First, yes they are relocating Bloodshed and Cornstalkers into one haunt because this year they want no haunts in WWK and they also want to expand Boo Blast. Also Desolation won't be replaced, it was going to but then they decided to keep it. The Bloodshed and Cornstalkers one will be better then both of them combine since they can have more actors in one shorter maze then two longer mazes, which we got a few complaints last year that there isn't enough actors in each maze. I also know the name for it, but I can't announce it until it is officially announced, sorry.
  10. The park itself is very hidden and doesn't have a lot showing you that there is a park nearby, unlike Kings Dominion where you can see it right off I-95 which is a much superior advertisement.
  11. How bad are the lines in the middle of August and does Quick Queue assign you to a seat or can you pick your own seat.
  12. I was at the park yesterday and got to see construction for all of the new haunts for the year, while I thought that the plot of land behind Revolution was going to be used as something maybe for 2016 because of the land clearing, I was told that it will be for another haunt instead. This is the haunt building that will be a combination of both Bloodshed/Cornstalkers This is going to be where the other permanent haunt structure will go, Dorney forgot about it. There was also no action where the land clearing was a few days ago, hello random bench. On a totally unrelated note, Thunderhawk was running two trains on a Thursday... Also known as stacking nightmares
  13. I guess D.H. Morgan hypers are having a bad year so far, with Wild Thing getting stuck at the lift a few times and having a weird shakiness on the front car, Steel Force also got stuck a couple of weeks a go on the lift, and now this.
  14. They said they were thinking around $250! I can't believe that... They are telling me on a Flash Pass that you can skip the lines when at Six Flags America there is no such thing....so basically they are telling me to give them $250 for nothing, but these days people buy season passes and go for a day so I won't be surprised if some people get this.
  15. They already have four woodies, even though only one of them is great and the rest stink doesn't mean they'll just add another one, also KD is not a small Cedar Fair park so a B&M is not out of the budget for them, a GCI is more in need for a park like Dorney Park, which is a park that has a much smaller budget and they only have one woodie. Also they won't remove Hurler just yet so maybe several years when they do, then it might be time to think about a GCI.
  16. ^^ For a park like SFGAdv the Flash Pass line would be pretty long with both Season Pass and regular Flash Pass, but I guess it still would be a major change in wait time. Also I can't imagine the price of one of these things.
  17. ^^ Someone I know sent me a photo of the land clearing, is this some hope for 2016 or something dum, I will check it out tomorrow when I go.
  18. They could also get a relocated Schwarzkopf double looping coaster with maybe an intense double helix, they could also call it Laser. They can also put it in that grassy area across from Tot Spot... Oh wait
  19. ^^ Since Cedar Fair hates Dorney that is probably the best possibility if we want to get a coaster because of how cheap they are. Also GCI is located just about 2 hours away from Dorney in Sunbury, PA which would be very convenient to transport the material to the park (that might be why Hershey has two of them). Also a family coaster, like a Mack spinning coaster would fit the budget and is well-needed.
  20. I think a Disko "coaster" would fit really well next to Cedar Creek Flyers where there is a skinny and narrow grassy area. It probably wouldn't happen next year since they just installed Cedar Creek Flyers this year which is also a family attraction.
  21. Lol, or they could choose to relocate Excalibur and call it the first hybrid coaster in PA.
  22. ^^ A lot of people don't realize how much room is actually back behind the current lower midway, you could easily put in a major new coaster plus restaurants and a few flats without removing anything.
