  1. Paula, "Urine" for a treat when you see this!
  2. Someone said, "Can't be the voyage cause it's in the picture." You can clearly see the other 2 100'+ drops in most pictures, and surely in the park.
  3. I just loved how people we're saying it was taken from the top of Liberty Launch...
  4. ...and what about Bathrooms/Pepsi Oasis? Oh, and gift shop/on-ride photo?
  5. Aha! #throwback #deletingmemoryoffmyphone #hashtagsinforumsarelame
  6. I'm still waiting on the covered Thanksgiving bridge. I was so excited for it in May and when I rounded the corner to go to the Thanksgiving bridge on my way to Mayflower (I was the first paying guest to stick my leg in the boat, and was the first to be asked to move out of the boat, and move to a different seat. [Long story ]) I was disappointed.
  7. I know what you mean, but I just don't see it residing there much longer. We honestly don't know how much it would cost to say the least, but If it means that they could possibly expand thanksgiving farther, it's a risk they will have to choose to make. So here's our interesting topics we wish for clearance on: - Legend Maintenance - Thunderbird Walkway/Hyena Falls placement - Bathrooms/Pepsi Oasis in Thunderbird Plaza - Other updates for 2015 - How to successfully build a time machine out of a DeLorean to go to April 2015 and ride Thunderbird now.
  8. But... If they're wishing to expand the thanksgiving section as predicted, It's either going to have to relocate (It's possible and it's happened other places before.) or just remove it all together. That strip of land just doesn't make any sense sitting between the two sections of Thanksgiving.
  9. I really hope Hyena falls is open Sunday.
  10. I can see the entire slide structure being moved behind Wildebeestro, or Take the 3 enclosed slides, replace Ottorongo with the newer slides, and putting the half pipe next to Kima bay.
  11. I can really see Hyena falls being relocated someday. Not this year, but possibly the next. The placement of Hyena falls was a poor design choice.
  12. Guest 72414 can't get to the bathroom. Try building a path leading to the area.
  13. Yes, the theme should absolutely play in the plaza. Are they any plans to put bathrooms close by as well? I'm being serious.
  14. It could be. It could be topper track, it could be I-box, It could be just a huge amount of regular track work. We shouldn't rule anything out.
  15. They're going to have to do something to cut down on maintenance costs, and wear.
  16. How about Timberliners on The Legend? We know The Voyage isn't fit for them, but what about The Legend? That would be SUCH an improvement.
  17. He's right^ The Voyage is a completely new experience after all the tree's being cut down, and the construction going on. It's really neat.
  18. I wonder when construction is going to go vertical.
  19. The Legend don't get me wrong is an amazing coaster, and it has so much potential. It used to be my favorite of all three. I don't know, It seems like it just has the most wear of any of the coasters, like the pain of riding now is almost unbearable. I've ridden over at least 200 times within the last 4 years, but this year alone, I've honestly only ridden it 3 count it, 3 times. The Raven and Legend have over 60 rides on them each from me, just this year. I genuinely think that with a great deal of re-tracking or reshaping of some of the turns would do the coaster more than enough to get me back on it regularly. I saw the new Holiblog post (So If Leah, or Paula read this, I'm going to be completely honest ) The Legend is no way, any close to be considered a bad, overrated, sucky, or a crap coaster. It deserves any accolade it's earned. It is a one of a kind thrilling machine. Those turning drops are incredible and It's probably my favorite drop on any coaster. More than just the ordinary steep plummet. If anyone thinks otherwise, you clearly haven't ever experienced it at it's peak performance. Like every coaster, things get old, things get worn. Sometimes all something needs is a little TLC and it's back up to running the way it was on it's opening day. Maybe it's stalling is a wake up call to some and a more diligent rehab will partake soon. I wouldn't recommend running it through Happy Halloween weekends, to get all the kinks out and the issues taken care of (especially the one train, whew those lines have been crazy. Surprised it was walk on yesterday and I regret not riding, but again, it's a rough ride currently.) I'll just say, I hope The Legend get's a good amount of care this winter so it'll be up and at it in April. Seeing this video really shows you how much WIll loved The Legend even before it was even built, It really was, and still is in a way, a top of the line, thrilling, wooden coaster.
