They also added Friday September 1st, Halloween on Monday only 6-10. Additionally they added Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I love how they keep adding days to the park. Almost a year round park now. Remember they opened on March 25 this year and the last day is New Years Eve.

If you follow TPR on Twitter you would have noticed that Robb was at SFSTL yesterday. They also hit up the City Museum after SFSTL. Go check out there photos. Look like they had a good time!

I really wish SFSTL would do more of these events. We had fun last night at the dive-in-movie. Although Hurricane Bay (the wave pool) was only open, it was still fun for us. I would love to see a season pass holders event of some sort too. Also it was nice to see "Batman"

I would like that! BUT seriously SFSTL is gonna be one the few SF parks without a RMC coaster!! My guess is, that they would put this where the old paintball course is.

I gotta say the Mardi Gras Festival was pretty nice. The food was amazing. You can even use your season dining pass for it as well. Here are a few photos. The parade was actually really neat. They do cast some of the members of the parade from guests at the park. That would be pretty exciting for some guests! The Festival and Parade will take place each Wednesday–Sunday, June 21–July 16 [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Cajun Food Truck Jazz Band Margarita, really good and you get a nice souvenir cup! My son Cajun Shrimp. It was really good and highly recommend it! Cajun Shrimp with Sidewinder Fries Parade route Wish we would've ate here for lunch! My kids after getting ton of FREE beads!!

I had the buffet on Sunday. It was available from 11:30-3:30. So I used my dining pass and ate there. It was nice actually. They had pulled pork, beef hot dogs, chicken strips. beans, chips, and salad. The food was pretty hot and fresh.. If you leave this buffet hungry, it's your own fault. Not sure how often the menu changes. If you are wanting pork, be sure to ask if they are serving it that day. Several signs promoting the buffet did not have pulled pork listed, but they were serving it that day. Also you definitely wait less in line...

Does it serve the same food as JB's, or is it more unique? Not sure yet. I took that photo on Sunday. Looks like it may a few weeks out before opening.

Prozach626- I survived! I will definately ride Spinsanity again! I won't wait in line 30-40+ min for it, but if the line was near empty I'd ride again. Unless I'm with my kids... Just my personal opinion, VR is just a fad, kinda like 3-d for your home tv.

Spinsanity in action yesterday for media day. There was no official TPR coverage there yesterday. But this new ride looks awesome! I'm not a fan of spinning rides, but I really liked it!

New for June... Mardi Gras Festival & Parade

I was at the park on Sunday. Great day to be there! Crowds were very light due to Blues game and Cardinals Home Opener. The Log Flume looks freaking amazing. New fresh paint on the entire ride. I've never seen it this nice. Also the new Spinsanity looks really good next to Tsunami Soaker.

I believe this is the final year for Panda Express in Six Flags too. Should be re-branded Six Flags named Chinese restaurant.

^^ they most likely won't build a new restaurant until Six Flags is happy with their food service options, which they're still in the process of changing, so it'll be a few years As to where the BBQ restaurant is going in Hurricane Harbor, Primo's Pizzeria's Hurricane Harbor location is no longer listed on the website or the app Neither is the one in the Illinois section of the park near Superman, making me wonder if they're replacing that one too I noticed the same thing too....

Glad to see a BBQ restaurant in Hurricane Harbor!! I just hope they built a new one instead of taking one out and replacing with this.
