When I took my parents for their wedding anniversary back in May, I treated them to dinner in The Alamo. The food there was quite good.

I think the Platinum Flash Pass is worth it. I went this past Saturday and used the Platinum FP. I didn't notice any single rider line signs for any of the rides, except for Bizarro, but the line wasn't in use.

I'd like to see a ride like SFNE's Buzzsaw. That's a surprisingly fun ride.

I went on Saturday and didn't feel any part of the ride "fizzling". It was hauling through the entire course.

I wouldn't mind a wing coaster, either. I'm just not a big fan of spinning head over heels at random.

You know what I'd like to see Great Adventure add? A coaster like Pandemonium at SFNE. I rode that for the first time on Saturday and really enjoyed it.

Amen. I was looking on the park web-site today and realized I missed one of my favorite rides. Then I realized I now have an excuse to make another trip up to SFNE.

Is it just me, or does the Scrambler at SFNE seem to run slower than models at other parks? I know when I ride Deja Vu at SFGAdv and the Scrambler at Dorney Park that they seem to run faster.

I just got to my motel room after spending the day at SFNE. Wicked Cyclone was absolutely amazing, both in the front and in the back. I was able to snag four rides on it thanks to my Platinum Flash Pass. I also thoroughly enjoyed Bizarro. The only coaster I rode that I wish I hadn't is Mind Eraser. I rode that in the back and I'm surprised my shoulders don't have bruises. I didn't ride Goliath or Flashback because I'm not a fan of Vekoma shuttle coasters. I really wish my home park (SFGAdv) would add a coaster like Pandemonium. I really enjoyed that coaster. All in all, I had a fun day.

I bought Season Dining with my Gold Combo Season Pass at Great Adventure. Is that Season Dining valid for use at SFNE as well or will I have to pay for my meals out of pocket?

I'll be leaving my apartment about 6:00 Saturday morning in order to get to SFNE before opening. I've booked a room at a motel for the night and I'll be stopping at LC on the drive home Sunday.

I only ever ride in the front row on Nitro. They do seem to be a bit rough compared to last year.

Do any of you know around what time the parking lot opens? I looked at the park using Google Maps and it doesn't look like there's a place to wait out of the way of traffic until the parking lot opens.

Hello all, I'm planning on making my first ever visit to SFNE this coming Saturday. I noticed that Batman: The Dark Knight is not included on the Flash Pass so I was wondering how bad the lines get for that ride. I'm planning on getting the Gold Flash Pass since this will be my only visit this season (three hours is quite a long drive). If y'all have any other tips to make my day at the park more efficient, they would be appreciated.

I just got back from another day at Great Adventure. I'm not sure how the lines were last weekend, but when I went on May 25th they weren't bad at all. However, the lines were awful today. El Toro's line was past the hour mark most of the day. Today was the first day this season that I used The Flash Pass. I couldn't afford Gold this time around so I got Regular. Could the Ronald McDonald charity event this morning have had something to do with the insane lines?
