I may be in the minority, in that I don't feel the need to compare every new Intamin with Skyrush or I305, but....I think Flying Aces looks like an incredibly fun ride. Great flow through a pretty interesting layout. Regardless of how "intense" it is, it looks like it delivers 100% in the fun department, and that's all that matters to me.

I'm also one of those that completely forgot this thing was being built! It looks pretty bonkers so far. Can't wait to see it in action.

That first drop looks like a blast! Reminds me of the wing rider drops but a lot tighter and taken with speed.

This thing looks better with every picture! I really love the color combo too.

^Totally agree on the coaster choice. You could easily pack a lot of punch into a tiny space with those. Then again, so could a custom RMC. Just look at Goliath at SFGAm. And as far as flats go, it would be a toss up between a Zipper, S&S Screamin Swing or a Huss Giant Frisbee.

Shockwave at SFGAm. I miss riding that beast and losing vision after the 3rd loop lol. Now if only they would just demolish Superman and rebuild it...

I never felt Skyrush looked underwhelming at all at first glance. Those of us who have been on Mega-Lites and other smaller Intamin rides know what to expect. They have the ability to pack a LOT of intense ride action into a small space. Skyrush was one of the few coasters that actually frightened me the first time I rode it. If Flying Aces is in that league, it sounds good to me. I completely agree. Looks can be VERY deceiving, especially with rides like these. I will say though that just from the couple videos I've seen so far, Flying Aces does look like a hell of a good time.

I 100% agree with this. The layout looks incredibly interesting to me. And riding on those "wing" seats will probably be quite the experience. overall it looks way more unique than most eurofighters I've seen. Can't wait to see it make some runs!

Chinese knock-off stairs... AMAZING

I'd pay to climb them. Now all they need to do is build a bungee jump platform off the MCBR. Now that's something I would def pay the $25 up charge to do lolol
