Any recommendations for a hotel near by with a pool that's $100 or under per night?

I plan on visiting great adventure in the next couple of weeks. I have a Six Flags America gold membership pass and I was wondering if I could use it on their bring-a-friend for free days (btw what are the dates?). Also, do I get free parking too? Or can I only use it at my home park?

I've always wondered this, but is there a reason why El Toro's lift was slowed down when it gets to the top? Did it affect the speed of the ride?

If SFA doesn't receive a new coaster for 2017, the best thing for the park would be a revamp of Gotham City into DC Universe or whistlestop park transformed into DC super friends

Ok. So what should've you done in the same land-restrictive area? Please come up with a concept that fits within the allotted budget, and doesn't compromises ride time and delivers just as many maneuvers, and is aesthetically pleasing at all angles. Please, Mr. Rayj, expert coaster designer, tell me the maximum roll rate and minimum radius you've created, along with the maximum velocity acceleration exerted on passenger 24 (who weighs 50kg), 1.2026 seconds after the apex of the dive loop. You obviously know more than the experienced people at the Swiss firm B&M, so please tell me. I'm waiting. And who are you? You tried it. I stated my opinion, now deal with it.

This seems like a good addition to the park... But not the best decision. 1. The diving aspect of the ride is cool but you have rougarou and gatekeeper, which are similar in seating style and inversions. 2. The color of valravn are too close to rougarou's and they are near each other in the park (I hate when parks do this. Ex: kingda ka and green lantern, 2 green coaster right next to each other.) 3.cedar point could've at least added a splashdown or tunnel to make it different from other coasters in the park. A better option would've been to have Valravn, the world tallest and fastest flying coaster. Overall, this will still be a good ride regardless but it has more potential. I'm not complaining bread I wish I could have this at my home park (six flags America), but this is just my opinion.

2017: 100tb anniversary of wild one. Maybe some retracking with new paint. 2018: A flat ride or 2 2019: a family coaster or relocated coaster 2020: water park addition I don't see this park getting a brand new or big roller coaster until six flags thinks the investment is worth it. Attendance wise, this park doesn't get much unless it's the water park or during fright fest.

SFA received the worst addition this year tbh. This park deserves at least another flat ride along with the waterpark addition. Even a superman retheme or some retheming of some sort would be better

Planning to go to the park soon, how is the best western hotel across the street? I only plan on spending one night and then going to the park in the morning.

Hopefully along with the waterpark expansion, sfa decides to put in a new flat ride or some retheming or improvements to the sections in the park. I would even like to see Joker's Jinx backwards (if thats possible).

Roar at SFA deserves the RMC treatment more. Hopefully SFDK sends the millenium flyers to SFA

What if SFA got a waterpark expansion and coyote creek or gotham city makeover for 2016. Minderaser could recieve a new color scheme. name change, theming, and trains (like the ones on T3 at KK) with some improvements to coyote creek with a new flat ride. OR gotham city can become justice leauge (idk what's going to happen with joker)

What if minderaser got the new Kumbak trains like on T3 and Kumback referbished the ride.

Bourbon street fireball is definitely in the top 5 "roller coasters" in park. The only downside of today is that they ran 1 train operations on every roller coaster even though the park was crowded. 30 min waits on every ride. Hopefully with the water park addition next year, they can also add something to the dry side... A flat ride...water ride... Or even retheming in Gotham city. 2017 should celebrate wild one for its 100th birthday with some repainting and some chaser lights or green/purple trains to match the mardi gras theme. 2018 is when roar should get the iron horse treatment for it's 20th birthday.

I've always wondered why riddle me this has no queue line and ragin cajun, french quarter flyers, and bourbon street fireball have short queue lines with a long line.

I hope that since the park is adding something to the waterpark in 2016 that they can make some improvements to the dry side too. They don't have to add a new ride of roller coaster but they should maybe retheme coyote creek or Gotham city and add some landscaping. The superman or the mind eraser could use some new trains. They should remove the brakes from the jokers jinx, the ride would be 10x better. They could also find a way to use both stations of batwing. If they would've converted apocalypse into a floor less coaster and added more fire and effects then it could be one of the best coasters in the park.

Did anyone go to the park today? The park was empty and only 4 coasters were open so the park closed at 3.

New England's skyway is being removed, could Great Adventure's be next?

Or for 2016, superman could be re-modeled by possibly making it taller with a steeper drop, removal of the helixes and replaced by overbanked turns, an extra hill, and new trains. Maybe a tunnel at the bottom on the drop with mist?

A 400ft justice league themed sky screamer or a justice league dark ride built between superman and batwing would be good with a gotham city revamp. Or the removal of minderaser for a western themed roller coaster like mystery mine at dollywood

Instead of building whistlestop park, they could have used that land for some more flats or a small coaster
